My name is Ronald Grasha and several years ago my wife Victoria and I hired the “For the People” law firm of Morgan and Morgan / Morgan, Colling and Gilbert to assist us with a medical malpractice lawsuit (case # 2002-ca-008976-0).

Vickie and I are currently suing the Morgan and Morgan/Morgan Colling and Gilbert "For the People" law firm for legal malpractice - case #2008-ca-000676-0 filed in Orange County. Other defendants in our legal malpractice lawsuit are as follows: The law firm of Jacobs and Goodman, Joseph Taraska, The law firm of Colling, Gilbert, Wright and Carter, and lastly, attorney Ronald Gilbert.

If you want to get an idea of what people think about the Morgan and Morgan "For the People" law firm and how they practice law, enter “morgan and Morgan Orlando” in your Google search and then click on reviews under the map to their office. the reviews are very telling.

Hiring the wrong law firm is one of the biggest mistakes you can make, do your research. Hey,check with the Better Business Buraeu or The Florida Bar. Is the Morgan and Morgan firm for the people? Do your research, listen to what other people have to say. My opinion is, I think not.

I have to recommend against hiring the Morgan and Morgan law firm. I hired them to pursue a very simple unpaid overtime matter, one in which the Department of Labor already had done an investigation finding the employer liable for all sorts of unpaid overtime to many people. The issue for me was one of damages only; I wasn't accepting the DOL number (DOL always tries to minimize the recovery to employees.) I had actually commenced the suit myself. Morgan and Morgan had very little real work to do. The firm wound up assigning a very young attorney who did not have the drive to get the case prosecuted properly and thus settled. She wound up leaving the firm. A year and a half after I hired them, the firm had run the case out to the eve of trial, at which time a clown named Richard Celler tried to strong-arm me into taking a lo-ball settlement offer, agreeing to a settlement agreement already forbidden by the Court, and agreeing to sign a settlement in the absence of a tendered check!(Never, never, never sign a settlement without the check there on the table.) Amazing. Then, after disobeying my instructions regarding the case, Morgan and Morgan quit, and had the nerve to file a $10K "charging lien" on the case, and have thus far refused to surrender the case file so I can complete the case myself or find someone else to resolve it competently. Morgan & Morgan is full of bozos; both the lawyers and the staff are inept, and prove it with just about every encounter you have with them. There are lots of other firms out there; don't be fooled by the relentless TV advertising. Morgan and Morgan is a crap firm, and will treat your case accordingly.

I hired them to help with my dissablity case, they never filed or returned my calls or emails. I thought they where the best but the are fake and people are just a number to them!!!!!!

Big fans of Obama too.

There is a reason they have to advertise so heavily. They don't get word of mouth referrals.

Big Obama lovers these folks. John Morgan has hosted Obama fundraisers at his house at least twice in the past year. Folks who disagree with the Obama agenda might want to know this before they retain the services of M&M.

Morgan and Morgan handled my medical malpractice case and did an awesome job. They're amazing. Would highly recommend hiring them again.

If you actually check the docket on this, you will see what actually happened and what is still happening since Morgan and Morgan withdrew.

They've been our counsel for 3 years now, never had a problem. We use them for our business because we're highly regulated and on an injury case.

Pleas explain what in the world doebeing an Obama supporter have to do with their ability to be "For the People"? I don't care who they vote for, I just want some exemplary representation in court.

Well, post #12 was pretty clear. If you retain the services of M&M then you are, in some small way, contributing to the re-election of Obama. Some folks may like to know this ahead of time. Oh, and Charlie Crist is on staff there too. You know him... the guy who changes his political affiliation the way we all change socks?? I wouldn't want such a waffler anywhere near my legal issues.

Even if M& M weren't the most notorious ambulance chasers in FL, I would never use their services. Way too much of their money goes to the socialist agenda. As for Charlie Crist, I was amazed that any former governor would sign on with a firm like M&M. I'll stick to attorneys who DON'T put their botox'd faces on billboards all over town.
