From what I hear, Munic was a jerk off, and had been known to assult people in the past.

I hear that Ballsmider had a bad temper, beat his wife and in 1991 was charged with shooting of a firearm in public. Even if you think Munich was a jerk off he didn't deserve this. Ballsmider should get life.

To whom ever you are in La Conner. I was a friend of Bill Munic and my fathrs son and know them both to be good men.

My father NEVER beat my mother and I am a witness to this family history.

If you have not met and talked with these men face to face like I have, then please stop commenting about things you're ignorant of.

Mavin Ballsmider worked for the UW for several years everyone liked Marvin and were all shocked about what happened. Very Sad

I am related to the son of Marvin (Thad Ballsmider), and from what he said, the 2 men had been having many different property disputes.
Munich had bought the property next door and had cut off access to a driveway that Marvin had used for years. This resulted in fights between the two, eventually leading to the shooting.
Marvin was a good person and struggled with alcohol. He passed on recently, and I have heard that he has found a place with God.
