Honestly, I am in no way associated with SINGLE2.COM but I like their design. It's got not so many users, but they seem to keep all the scammers and fake profiles away. The only complaint - to few members.

Give the website some time, it takes time to build user base. The site looks great, so it should do well in the long run.
