Orange Park School To Close

Can anyone tell me what happened to the Scottish fella that was the pastor prior to Armand Egnew taking the reins?

Did they have a falling out or something? Did the congregation split? I assumed that everything was good...the parking lot seems to be full most Sundays...

Duncan Allan Wiggins was caught drinking
booze at a local bar and "went on sabbatical", OPAG fancy way of covering
up that he was fired. Also Lisa Towe
former director of the day care, was
and still is commiting adultery with
Allan Wiggins and they are living in sin
in Central or South Florida, depends
on which lie is told and to who. Most
of the persons who covered up for them
are still working at the church!

Wow ... the dirty laundry is starting to be aired. This story should prove to be interesting, and I hope it doesn't involve improprieties with children.

Im not sure where your getting your info but there is no one left at the church that was covering because there was no one covering for him because no one could prove beyond the shadow of a doupt that it was true. From what I understand nothing was ever substantiated till after he had left the church. I happen to know many people who still attend there who would back up my statement. but hey while were at it we mine as well give satan more glory for what he has caused.:)

Wait a minute...the church is having substantial financial trouble -- to the point where they are having to close the school. Is it reasonable to assume that the goings on of the previous administration might have a part to play in this drama?
I understand that these are unsubstantiated claims, but if true, Satan probably had little to do with them. People are evil enough on their own accord.

I apologize you are right satan probly had very little to do with it I was being sarcastic I just have very close ties to this church and it hurts my heart to see them constantly drug through the mud I happen to know the pastor and he has been handed a lot of hurt people and a nasty finacial situation.

Just so EVERYBODY knows, wiggins was cought drinking at box seats with another woman. His wife actually caught him drunk as she snapped photos from her cell phone. He then tried to leave in the church van, she wouldn't let him, another member of the church came and picked him up. He had sexual relations with a minor, anyone remember Megan Tune? Wasn't it her sister who vadalized the church? Yea it was. He was also sleeping with Lisa Towe. He alienated his wife and his associate pastor who he fired because of "money problems" which was a LIE! I attended this church every sunday, sunday night and wednesday night and I knew a few people on the board. I can honestly say that Wiggins lied repeatedly in the board meetings and tried to force the members to agree with him. If anybody needs to be prayed for...it's wiggins. He's living in Kissimee now with Lisa Towe.

It's called a reasonable doubt. A lot of people like to use the term "with out a shadow of a doubt" as an excuse to turn a blind eye or play ignorant of the obvious - or to simply cover something up. It is what it is TRUTH. Dirty politics have no place to hide in The House of The Lord. The former pastor most likely was not the only one who had something to hide. No one can stop the hand of God from pulling the cover off. He even knows your position. God does not play games.

Thank you for putting Sam right on this matter. They did turn a blind eye to everything and they can deny it all they want. The wife of wiggins cried out to them begging them for help in what was going on and they all turned against her without even talking to her and her husband together. They always would believe him, but then, he was a very very good liar. He could charm anyone in to believing him.

The only one with the guts to tell it like it truly is. Thank you. I am a very close friend of wiggins wife and she went through complete trauma at the hands of all involved, especially when the former daycare director called the cops on her and lied about her to them and took her to court also with more lies. That poor woman has been subject to more than any woman shoud have to go through, and for it to be at the hands of leaders is even worse. Not once would they listen to her. The poor woman has tried to take her life a couple of times since this all began back in 2005 because she was not being taken serious, she was branded as being crazy and even the high ones at the district turned against her. Every one she cried out to for help that had the power to do soemthing about it turned her away believing the lies her husband told them about her that she was crazy. There is a lot more to all that she went through and it's so horrendous that it sounds like a novel or a movie. No one would ever think for a moment all that she went through was really happening.
Incidently, just to correct a few minor details in your message, she took the pictures with her digital camera and she called one of the elders to come stop her husband from driving the church van drunk, but, true to their loyalty to wiggins, he wouldnt go. She is the one who finally managed to get her husband to let her take him to his motel room (which the church were paying for) and leave the church van outside box seats that night. Believe it or not, she was concerned that he would have crashed & killed someone innocent, or himself, and she was also concerned for the harm it could have done to the chuch that turned against her. Is that the actions and heart of a crazy woman? I think not. I know all this because as I said, I know her very well.

My name is Alicia & I am the daughter of "wiggins". All I want to say is that my mother shouldnt be brought up in all your gossiping back & forth about what my dad did & didnt do. Some of you obviously know my mother very well that have commented & I feel hurt that you would go in to detail about everything & talk about the things that she has talked in confidence to you. I want you to know that she is upset about this.

Everyone can think what they want to think about my dad. Yes what he did was wrong, very wrong & its taking me a long time to try to forgive him, but guess what. We're all sinners in the eyes of God & every sin we commit is the same in His eyes. Look at your own lives before you pass judgement on others. Also to "know it all" who mentioned a certain girls name. Thats really low of you. Do you really think that poor girl needs more eyes looking in her life? I didnt think so.

Now on to the actual TOPIC of the story! I'm deeply saddened to see that the school is closing as I graduated from there & have some great memories at that school.

It isnt fair that we're having to go through this all over again because people dont want to stop wagging their tongues & talking about it. But hey, thats life I suppose. I'm a strong person & God made me that way for a reason. I dont care what people think of my dad. thats their business but to talk about my mom & the things that we've had to go through as a family on a public discussion board is totally out of line in my eyes.

I thank you for the invite but I think i'll stay away from England haha! That was always a lovely joke!

LOL - ahh come'on England isn't so bad.. it's mostly foreigners here now, Loads of Scots, Yanks and Eastern Europeans.. Not to mention that we are hosting the 2012 games... yet another example of beating the French and then bottling it!- you'll see!!!
