I"m not suprised with this,there seems to be a lot of animals around here for no aparent reason other than the owners who cannot afford to take care of them. I wonder why this is. I can see someone raising a few animals for farming like a goat or two may be a couple of cows and some horses but far has that lady she needs to go to jail.
