When you consider that there were more guys sitting around a poker game 100 yards from the Lopez press conference, totally uninterested in what Victor was saying, than were there actually listening to & supporting the mayor for life, it gives one pause to wonder. What if Vic had offered the card players $20 to come and listen to him and make the event look like he had some support? Or, what if he did offer them $20 bucks and they said it wasn't enough? Either way, it was pathetic, an embarrassment.

Yes, this is what the Lopez crew calls leadership. The man referred to in the brown truck has a name. Will. He is a Christian man, doing whatever he can do to help support his wife (Darlene) and the ministry she has in distributing food to the poor.

These are good people, and we are friends. Will has done odd jobs around town, and every job he does is quality work, from painting a couple of buildings on Park Blvd. to pressure washing cars. Good man, and shame on you, Lopez, which ever one you are, for taking shots at good, honest hard working folks.

This is your Target Eight, folks, running the Orange Cove Day Care. They used to run city hall. Perhaps now you know why we had no police dept., no new private business investments in town, why the streets are crumbling from 30 years of neglect, why gangs used to run the streets and sell drugs out in the open without fear from law enforcement. Look orange cove is by far the worst town around here. The streets are so bad it's pathetic!! We have no big businesses, no restaurants. Just look at orosi... Omg they have a SUBWAY!! How is that town better then orange cove!! This town needs to grow!! Victory Lopez should be ASHAME to try to come back cause he ran this town for OVER 30 years and didn't do shit for it!!!

I'm probably going to go to hell for saying this but Lopez has the biggest forehead that I have ever seen. Don't know..maybe it's because his hair starts on the top of his head and he insists on feathering and fluffing it up from there. Should have taken some of that embezzled money and invested in hair-plugs.....oh, and a professional dye job!! I'm just sayin....

Fred Hall writes that there was NO apology to Victor Lopez, as the FORMER mayor stated in his "I'm a victim" letter last week.

So do we need to ask Fred Hall to swear on a stack of Bibles and take a lie detector test, or is it not necessary?

If a person has integrity and credibility, his word is enough, there is no need for a showing of Bibles and lie detectors. Only a known liar would be required to go the extra mile to prove they are not lying. Only a liar would feel compelled to offer to swear an oath on a stack of Bibles or take a lie detector test to try and prove his word should be believed.

Yet, even after all the histrionics, Fred Hall's word is trustworthy, and I believe him.

As for Victor and his denial of having anything to do with the abuse of a 6 year old child in an attempt to press a false charge against innocent people and jump start his recall effort, and his claim that Fred Hall apologized to him, you can swear oaths all day long and sit in front of a lie detector test 24/7, you are not a credible person, you are not believable. Between Fred Hall & Victor, there is a world of difference concerning integrity and trust worthiness. Fred has it, Victor does not.
