Now you have to stop and wonder why the city planners didn't do a traffic pattern study on East Brainerd and Ootltewah-Ringgold Roads knowing the new school would have an occupancy of 1,600 students. They knew the school was being built but did nothing to consider the traffic flow. However, they did spend tons of money on the round-abouts for Igou Gap Road that has done absolutely nothing for traffic. Just wondering.
