I paid Boomer Auto $4000 to fix my rear differential, and front as well due to noise and the seals leaking. Larry said damage was done because there was no fluid in the axles.. I would agree. I got my truck back a week later with the rear differential LEAKING. Larry bought this diff from out of state( no problem). If the main reason my truck was in the shop to begin with was the axles being dry, then why would I have a leak in the replacement axle? Larry told me it was because we had to shave off some of the cost to fit your budget. So basically, I got $2400 in parts and 1400 in labor on those parts which were not integral to my main issues from the start.

Larry Banzet is a very square and upright mechanic. I WILL do business with him in the future!

Tom Thank you for going back in and changing your post about our shop. We always strive to be as honest as the day is long and do our best to keep the repairs as low as possible. I really like being in this business it is very rewarding to take a vehicle that will not run and repair it and take it to MFG specs. However the worst part about this job and it does eat away om me is to have to call people and tell them how musch it is going to cost to repair their vehicle. Sometimes I can not sleep at nite because I know that in some case's the repairs take from peoples budget that can not afford it. Thats when this job sucks but I know that in most case's our prices are below the majority. I also know that there are some people you can not please no matter what you do, at Boomer Auto Repair we will continue to be the best that we can be.

I think Larry is a good guy, and would do anything for anyone, But he has got to hire mechanics that actually know the difference between a gas cap, and a distrubutor cap.

Mark perhaps you are misled! I beg to differ with you! I would like for you to come by and share what you have to say in person to my mechanics. They are very good at what they do and do not hide behind any fourm. I believe our record stands for itself as one of the best shops in town. Sorry you have to stoop to this level. We pride ourselves in being honest and fair with everyone. When all the shops in town are slow and you drive buy our shop and vehicles are on both sides of the road waiting to get in, should speak volume to you. I would be happy to address any issue's you may have with Boomer Auto Repair. Perhaps you are the guy who sold us a part that was wrong when my mechanic gave you the right part # and you argued with us and sent the wrong part anyway and when we recieved the part called you and told you the part was different but you being the parts pro. again argued and said it would interchange. If this is you then You my friend was wrong and my mechanic was right! Perhaps you should read the footnotes on your parts computer before you sell someone the wrong part again. I hope you didn't loose your job because i know people make mistakes and perhaps you should man up and admitt you screwed up not my mechanic! Thank You for you concern but my mechanics are very good sorry you can't see that! Larry Banzet Boomer Auto Repair

Been goin over these reviews, and I hafe ta agree with Mark. Larry's a good feller n all, but i've got an ole plowhorse that can mechanic better than whoever put a thermostat in my chevy pickup. I had to take my pick-n-up back 3 times for the same dad gum problem. Now if that's good mechanicin then i've got a Golden Gate bridge in San Fransisce i'd like to sell ya.

I do not recall anyone having to come back for the same repairs three times for anyting. However the thing that stands out with me is I take care of my customers with any and all issues that may arise. Please come in and we will make it right. Larry placed a new heater core, rehabed the radiator and lots more on my mother's Dodge van. What he repaired in 2007 is still working fine! Would recommend him to anyone.

I recently had car trouble but managed to get my car to the garage we had used before. This was a Saturday night and on Monday morning I tried to call and the phone was no longer in service. I went to the garage and found that it was out of business. Not knowing where to go I asked around and Boomer Auto was what I was told. When I called he took my information and suggested I call Green Country towing. I met the tow truck driver who was helpful and polite and then later that afternoon I was called and told that the timing belt had broken. I was told if it was just the belt it would be about $379.00 and if the valve was damaged when the belt broke it would be more like $1500.00. What else could I do but say go ahead. He called me the next day and told me, "Good News we replaced the belt and it is running fine." I appreciate the quality of service and honesty that this garage's owner and employees gave us and fully intend to be a repeat customer. Thanks guys!

I gotta say.... BOOMERS..... I have had alot of trouble in the past with some of the small garages out there.. YOU and YOUR shop have given me faith again.. You got my Escape in and out.. 2 days later when it didnt start, i brought it to you and found that the "paint" on the negative battery contact was stopping it from running.. BY FAR the best customer service i have EVER received at a garage. You get my business! Thanks again!

I would NEVER take anything to Boomers!
(I live too far away in Southeast Arkansas)
But if I lived in Rogers County, Boomers would have my business!
Larry is an honest fellow, hard working and my children adore him!
