David Messer was my sons great uncle. A good man that had a great life. The loss of David is heartwrenching. Why and how is it possible for an 89 year old man who is illegally behind the wheel and intoxicated able to get away with murder? A law needs to be made and pursued to keep innocent people protected. It is an outrage that police and other officials turn their cheeks to such a horrible crime committed daily all over this country.
