WTF JIM CARSON AS SHERIFF AGAIN!!! SCOTT COUNTY CITIZENS THAT WOULD WALK IN TO A BALLOT OFFICE AND CAST A VOTE FOR JIM CARSON, NEEDS THEIR HEAD EXAMINED. ASK YOURSELF WHY WOULD YOU WANT JIM BACK?? HIS FIRST 4 YEARS MIGHT HAVE BEEN GOOD BUT HE WENT DOWN HILL AFTER THAT.
JIM DONE NOTHING BUT COVER TRACKS FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY. YOU CAN NOT TRUST A CARSON MAN THAT IS RELATED TO JIM. ALOT OF UNSOLVED CRIMES AND MURDERS FALL ON JIM CARSON REIN AS SHERIFF. IT WOULD BE A BAD DESICION TO RE ELECT HIM AS SHERIFF, IT'S WELCOMING BACK DRUGS DRUGGIES VIOLENT CRIMES MURDERS AND STUPIDITY. PEOPLE ANTHONY LAY MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST SHERIFF SCOTT CO HAS HAD BUT HE TRIES TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE ESPECIALLY WITH DRUGS IN THIS COUNTY. HE CAN'T DO IT ALONE. THE DA'S OFFICE AND JUDGES HAVE TO BE WILLING TO CLEAN UP AS WELL. UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE NOT AND PEOPLE NEED TO EVAULATE THEIR VOTE FOR THE DA AND JUDGE. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE SCOTT CO A BETTER COMMUNITY AND MAKE IT SAFE TO LIVE AGAIN. MAKE IT TO WERE FORMER RESIDENTS WANT TO COME HOME AND OTHER TO COME AND STAY. OUT OF THE LIST OF RUNNING FOR SHERIFF I WOULD HAVE TO VOTE FOR ANTHONY. THE OTHERS JUST AIN'T QUALIFIED OR ARE HAS BEEN AND DON'T NEED TO BE IN CONTROL OF THE COUNTY NOW OR AGAIN. SO PEOPLE PLEASE SERIOUSLY THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU VOTE FOR JIM, IF HE EVEN RUNS AGAIN. HIS BAD OUT WAYS HIS GOOD BY A LONG SHOT.I HOPE SCOTT COUNTY ISN'T THAT CRAZY OR STUPID. Anthony is a good sheriff. He tries hard. He does HIS job, he catches drug dealer. Jamie Cotton is the one who needs voted out!!! He always lets the druggies go but will send a kid off for missing 1 day over the limit of school. Anthony could really clean this place up if he had more support from higher up. I say we all get together and get Jamie Cotton outta there!!! I heard Anthony said he wasn't running again because of Jamie's neglect to do the right thing. I hope this is not true.

I think everybody that's on here bashing Sheriff Lay just might be a little jealous, because he plays in a band. Or maybe because he dresses nice. If you go to other towns you see their Sheriff dressed nice and representing their county well. If you ask me it's about time we add a little class to this county. As far as how he does his job i do not see anything wrong with it. One good thing about his department is that, i can actually drive home without seeing a deal taking place or when you went out at the right time of the night saw the previous administrations cars right in the driveways, but you sure never heard about them getting busted. I wish they could get every illegal drug off the streets, but no Sheriff i don't think will ever accomplish that.

I see more Drugs today than ever before! Lay cant stop it and neither can any of the others! Its a growing problem but i do think he'd get more respect from the people if he'd be a full time Sheriff like he promised rather than running off to play in a Band, OUT OF THE COUNTY, every weekend. This was unheard of until him! I dont agree with it at all regardless of what anybody may think! At least Jim Carson Lived here in the County, and worked his Elected Position 24-7. I'm sorry for anyone that disagree's but i have witnessed him leaving the County to go home evening after evening. I'd heard of this but had never comented on it until i saw it for myself so YES it happens and NO he wont get my Vote again!
