I feel that inconsiderate smokers should be made to pay for non smokers insurance cost. But if not, I feel people should have the right to hickory switch whip them if they are caught smoking indoors around others.

You want other people to pay your insurance because you don't smoke.You must have drunk the Obama Kool-aid.You need to pay your own insurance and do you think someone else should pay for you.Get a job and take care of your self got that justsaying.

Hey why don't we just cut off all taxes from the sale of cigarettes and let every body pay their on insurance.And you can allso pay for your kid to get an education.

I think dumb people should pay the highest taxes ! that is just me thinking . That would put you in the highest tax bracket ,after all dumb people have more accidents .

Why don't the government just shut down the tobacco companies then every one that smokes would have to quit. A lot of the states have banned smoking in public places. Seems like the government wants people to quit but they want the revenue from tobacco sales and they know that a person hooked on nicotine will pay the high taxes.
I do think, in all fairness that obese people also should pay more for insurance. I mean if people have to quit the smoking habit then people should have to quit the eating habit since they are both bad for your health.
