Yes, it is a PUBLIC PARK not a hang out for the dirt bags living near by, like it is their own place. Oneida needs a facelift.

First of all it is NOT a park. and yes I've seen them sitting there at 6 in the morning. Also heard a child for a bath salts container when he was there with his mother. the owner of the hot dog stand was tell us. so you get your fact straight and again IT IS NOT A PARK

It is a park but it doesn't need to be full of scummy a$$ people, that think it is their own personal property. If they want a picnic table to hang out at day and night, then pay rent some where that allows you to have a nice backyard for your own picnic table. I am sure there are hours for this "park" to close,like all the other parks in Oneida. Most are closed at dark.

I didn't happen to notice a sign with hours on it. Maybe they were waiting for a ride to work at 6 a.m. The bath salts container probably wasn't anyone at the table was probably thrown by some junkie cutting through there. How would Lenny know what a bath salt container looks like? It's a park and every citizen has a right to spend the whole day at the park. People like you are the reason why freedom is long gone.

Yes,it is a park or so the city says,Yet there is no time limit as to when people can be in it like the other by the post office.
A lot of the folks one ss out there during the day are people from around the area,but some are at the lunch truck there as well (hotdog truck).
stay out of the area if the look of it hurts your eyes,some have to live there and not everyone is well off or a welfare bum......

this place is for everyone and if your driving by,keep on driving......some live around there and have every right to hang out in thier area.
downtown people live downtown,you live someplace else,go there and enjoy it all there and leave downtown alone and the folks who live there.
they could always come to where you live and come hang out there...everybody has to be someplace.
go home and stay there or they may come to your block.........
