I am looking to dispose of some matresses and have often seen people leaving large household items on the side of Howells Mill, under the interstate bridge that always seems to disappear fairly quickly. Does anyone know if this is a legitime dumping site and who picks up the items? Any advice on reasonably priced removal options? Thanks.
