Found it very interesting that Oshkosh moved their Christmas parade to nighttime to get the spirit of the Christmas lights. Omro has been doing that for a number of years already. Keep that up Omro!

Omro Christmas event

Sorry but in the interest of children's health and well being the Omro Christmas Parade has been moved up to 4 o'clock.
However we will have the live reindeer again net to the Omro gallery building. Santa will be seating in KM Style beauty shop, and again he will give the first 50 children gift bags: courtesy of local business people. Their is a craft fair being set up and the Omro elementary School. An All you can eat chili cook off will be held at the old city hall.
A contest is being help for the best decorated store window: to the theme. which is a TV special Christmas. the same theme is for the parade and there will be an award for best float to theme.
So we will again be having a Event for Childreen of all ages. Thanks to the Omro BID, and its business owners.
