I am pretty sure this is the same judge who set another murder suspect's (Lacy Hirst-Pavek) bail low enough for her to also walk around free while awaiting trial.

What an outrage. It is time for Okanogan County to join the 21st century...

I have guns-I never take them to a hotel room. Any sane gun owner-on a small trip does NOT feel the need to sleep with 2 glocks.!

Actually a lot of people sleep with guns in this area. That is why the robbery and murder rate is so low. The guy that was shot must have not been from around here or he would have known better than to bust into someone's house illegally.

The man didn't just walk into the wrong room. He had to break in to get that door open because it was locked and blocked with a chair. There were no bullet holes through the door, indicating that the door was indeed ajar. The shooter's tox screen was clean. The intruder's was not.

Tom simply was using the key-was shot twice-once in the wrist and once in the liver. The guy fired a third shot that went into the room next door.

The police report states---and I QUOTE---

"One bullet passed through the lock side of the door, and the second went into the hinge side"

Is that a fact Alex? In case you don't know the rest of us who have a pistol for protection would wait until someone entered and would yell, I've got a gun, get out or I shoot you." And do you know how many people accidentally stick their key in the wrong door of a hotel or motel? You must not travel but I will tell you what: There is no ecuse for what that guy did.
