Send bogus tickets for concert and I was kicked out of my seats and wasted $281 for two tickets.

Kelly - Please do not let this go. VIP Tickets Midwest has a long history of ripping customers and fellow brokers off. Do a Google search on them and you will see some of the other problems people have had with them. As someone who runs a ticket broker agency myself, brokers like this give my industry a bad name and are the exception, not the norm. I apologize for what you went through, and strongly recommend you pursue all legal remedies at your disposal. The owner of VIP Tickets Midwest is named Robert A. Leonard.

VIP Tickets Midwest was shut down by TicketNetwork in late July causing them to not fulfill orders. TicketNetwork has caused VIP Tickets Midwest to lose over 120,000.00 in ticket inventory. VIP Tickets Midwest was shut down by Anne Burk and Jay Mularkey. VIP Tickets Midwest is sueing for damages of Tort, slander, and breach of contract. TicketNetwork was 100% why VIP Tickets Midwest has ceased operations.

VIP Tickets Midwest are trying to send me to collection for some tickets that I refuse to use in October 2010. I ordered two tickets for the amount of $ 210 each and instead they send me two tickets for the price of $ 78 each but they deduct from my credit card the amount of $ 446.26 so I cancelled the order, now they trying to collect that money... Please advise.
