I reciprocate. I too, wander occasionally. And I do suffer all the obtuse remarks from the idiots who "know what they are talking about". For example, I know a man who wants a Husky because "you don't have to feed them in the summer". And another person who breeds Huskies. She claims every few generations, you have to mix a little coyote blood with them. To keep them pure. I just love you doggy professionals. You have the intellect of a doorknob, the wisdom of a pound of wet liver, and the perception of a congressman.

I will always believe it is in the way a dog is raised. You can say all you want, that's what I think. If the dogs weren't being trained to be so agressive, they wouldn't be.
Now, all of you can start calling me names if you want, but I am entitled to my own opinion.

I would suggest you take classes in English, grammar, and punctuation. You might as well throw in comprehension as well.

here's my question... i own 2 American Bull Terriers and a Red Nose Bull Terrier... everyone looks at my dogs and ask how i own "pit bulls"... the problem with todays society is that they wouldnt know what the difference is between a real breed and a mixed breed "pit bull" is if their life depended on it! my dogs are so well trained and so family oriented that my 8-month old son can stick his hand in their mouths and pull himself up to stand and they dont budge an inch! its the way you train them! I could train any dog to do the damage of a "pit bull" attack on a human! Dogs are Dogs... same type of DNA... same animal instincts... NOT THE SAME TRAINING OR SAME OWNERS!!! You wanna sit here and talk about banning a breed that half of you in this little blog know absolutely NOTHING about! Proven time and time again by any animal expert that you ask is that over 92% of "pit bull" attacks aren't even "pit bulls" but rather some back yard insest-breeding going on by people that, in my opinion, have no right even owning a dog more less breeding them! And someone above stated that "pitts" have the strongest jaws... correction... scientifically proven... there is ABSOLUTELY NO, and i repeat myself, ABSOLUTELY NO difference in a "pit bulls" jaw and any other dog out there.... same bone structure... same muscle structure... and same anything else you can think of! And just a little FYI for the idiot above that mentioned sticking his finger in a "pit bulls" anus to get him to let go... lol you are really an idiot!!! I'll tell you what dummy... next time you see a dog fight, whether its between two "pitts" or two poodles... stick your finger in one of their butts and then get back on here and tell us all how much it hurt when they turned and bit you! Ya'll support banning a certain type of dog... but what about owners like myself... my dogs are my children and i actually have 3 of the REAL things... not mutts... and they're gonna take mine just because ya'll throw a fit when ya'll dont know a "pitt" from a poodle! the problem with today's world is that in ya'll's simple little minds... if it looks like a "pitt".... then its gotta be a "pitt".... and anyone with common since would look at ya'll and laugh!!! Learn to grow up, get off the internet, get a life, and learn facts before ya'll sit here and throw LIES across web pages simply because ya'll are bored and have nothing better to do! Grow up and get a life... all of you!

um.... problem... with everything this idoit keeps typing... i could go on and on about this dude... but i'll stick to just this comment... Genetics huh? Genetics... sort of like DNA.... sort of like traits, that can be passed down through a bloodline.... lol i'm sorry... this dude is a mooron! There is absolutely nothing genetic, and this i state by standing on scientific facts, about fighting! No matter what breed, no matter if its animal, human, or alien! lol There is nothing GENETIC about fighting... so shut up! And... "and I am well aware of the tendency of Labradors in the midwest to bite" lol are you serious? So if i get a lab from the southeast then it wont bite right? Anyways dude.... you should've just stopped typing because you really do keep making yourself look dumber and dumber.... extended breeding program? genetic engineering? dude shut up and listen! My cousin has 3 poodles that will try to fight or jump on any dog/cat/animal that walks across their eyesight! Animals are animals.... period! no exceptions!!! does anyone else see what i mean? this dude is funny! thats why the dog fightin people stick with the pitbull? how about because they are the strongest breed PERIOD! thats proven... genes have already gone through an extensive cross breeding program? um... no sir! how about because they're strong! If you watched UFC would you want to see two boney guys tryin to fight of two well built boxers fight? duh! "locking jaw"... assertive character? you cant be serious.... there is no "locking jaw" and thats scientifically proven, once again... its call strength and determination... something people like you will never understand! Assertive character? lol thats called training... there is absolutely nothing "assertive" about any dog's character, no matter what the breed! lol are you English? lol i bet you couldn't tell me what either one of those dogs that you named look like if i walked up to your face with them! and something else... viciousness is not in the DNA... its not in the blood... its not in the breed... its not even in the dog! its in the humans that deal with these dogs on a daily basis and makes them that way! Get a clue before you post again... PLEASE!!!! I dont mind a debate... i dont even mind a dispute.... i just hate when idiots get involved in it and blurt stuff out before the can prove anything! I've been an American Pitt Bull Terrier dog trainer for right at 15 years now and you mean to tell me an idiot that believes everything he reads knows what he's talkin about? lol shut up and get off the internet!!

You sound ridiculous and uneducated. We have had our blue-nose purple ribbon bred pitbull for almost 7 years. We got her when she was around 6 weeks old. She was taught from day one not to play bite, or play tug of war, because we feared she would have aggressive traits. To this day, she has been attacked by 2 rat dog mutts and our cat bullies her daily. We are getting ready to go to Minot AFB and we can't take her, because of bigots like you. Please get your facts straight and try to open your mind a little more than a 3 year old. What do you do if a certain sex or certain race statistically causes more crime? Do you ban the race or sex? What about gun control. A select bunch of people people make bad choices when it comes to guns. Should all of society be punished because of their actions? That to me sounds like someone who is severely prejudice, racist, or any other word that can be filled in. You need to take a long, hard look in a mirror and ask yourself if you deserve to exist. Only God should make that call...

People that possess this breed should be required to take a training class like if you own a hand gun.
That way you know the consequences if it bites or attacks someone. Its on you!

You're keen to look on the bright side of things and to ignore anything unpleasant or worrying. That's fine, provided that you're ready to face up to life's difficulties again tomorrow. But it's not such good news if you persist in looking the other way whenever a problem presents itself, especially if it's connected with your work or health. It may be time to face a few facts, Capricorn.
