We need more police officers like Allison Jacobs and Lisa Campbell to replace the whats who don't do their job.
UC Berkeley police officers knew it would take more than a 911 call get something done. They did their own investigation and got the name of Garrido's parole agent. They contacted Garrido's parole agent directly, so that the parole agent, the good ole boy's network, and the Contra Costa Country Sheriff Office could no longer ignore this sex slave case that sat on their desk for years. |
