The Untimely Death Of Tim Fox

Does anyone remember anything about this? I have heard recently, that some thought this was suspicious...

He lived in Olean, graduated in the late 70's or early 80's...seems he was found dead, maybe in the mid to late 80's??? I guess presumably natural causes??? Still would've been in his 20's, I'd say...
Recently I have heard people say that, the rumor at the time was, he was killed by a local character who suffers from physical and mental disabilities...

Not to bring up bad memories, but what ever happened to that "Ticking" sniper from 74-75? What was the deal with him. Also, have they identified that women found in Allegany river?

Sniper, 18 year old Anthony Barbaro, hung himself in jail, just before his trial was supposed to start...

There is some information about Barbaro on the web...I was working at Burger King in Olean the day that happened....
No ID on the remains at the Allegany Resevoir yet....LE has eliminated Lori Ceci Bova and Corrie Anderson as possible matches. It seems that this apparent murder of another young woman in WNY is fading fast into obscurity....like all the others....

I was just talking to someone who remembers the story...Tim was 'found'...presumably 'over medicated', so the death was probably ruled accidental overdose. Apparently there are some who believe otherwise...
