You're a fool, anon. recieving a ticket for underage drinking means they found alcohol in her system, it does not mean she was impaired while she was driving.

For you information, as of this point she has not even received a ticket for underage drinking. I don't know who you are saying you know the family and would put such vicious things on the internet. You are sick and a lying f-ing idiot. You don't know Nicole Koah or her family, because there is no one that knows Nicole OR her family that would wish that on her. You should just shut the hell up and mourn the death of Mr Henri. It is the determination of the police and the state attorney's office that the same thing could have happened to anyone driving down that road including you. The deceased gentleman did some very stupid things and unfortunately lost his life for it. He made a fake 911 call to report the care FORTY MINUTES BEFORE the accident. He painted his lights with black out which made it practically impossible to see him. This was determined by the police investigation. And do you know why he painted the lights? To avoid the police, which is what he was probably doing at the time. He either had his license suspended or was about to have it suspended. He was probably drunk or high and was stupid. It is unfortunate, but a person with any common sense would have called a friend, a wrecker, anybody. But to push your car down the road in the dark on one of the darkest roads in the county was stupid. Now if you know the family call them. Tell them you wrote it. If not you're a gutless coward and you can shut the hell up.

I already made an earlier post, but it evidently has been removed, so I'll tone it down some. To the liar that said you know Nicole Koah and her family, shut up. If you knew Nicole Koah and her family, you would never wish that on her. And as of yet, she has not even been given a ticket for anything. The Largo Police and State Attorney's Office have determined that she was not at fault, or intoxicated or she would have been charged as such. Mr Henri placed a fake 911 call FORTY MINUTES before the accident even happened. He had Black Out on his car. If you don't know what that is for, it's too counter-act being caught for speeding by laser. He was a dangerous driver and was about to have his license suspended. He loved to speed and had several tickets and several no shows for hearings about his tickets. The police have determined that she was not at fault and that would have happened to anyone driving down that dark road at 3:30 in the morning, including you. No one knows what he was thinking except possibly Ms Bettancourt. The police report said his lights were not on when they got there, and hers were. In addition, she is a liar. She was telling people at the memorial service or funeral that was held in Tarpon Springs that she held him until he died. Well that is not true, because Nicole's brother attempted to perform CPR on him. He checked for a pulse and checked for breathing, and realized it was no use. She ran around frantic and did not even come near Mr Henri. So if you want to believe her and her stories, such as they had the lights on in the car, then believe her, but she is a liar. It is sad that Mr Henri died, but it was his fault, and made some very bad decisions. He could have called a tow truck, he could have called some friends, he could have called the police so they would come put on flares, he could have done many things, but it didn't. And for that he paid the ultimate price. It is unfortunate, but don't blame Nicole Koah. The same thing would have happened to me, you, or anyone that drove down that road at that time under those conditions. Nicole and her brother, and their parents will live with this for the rest of her lives. Now drop it and move on with your life.

Anon, you are just plain dumb, and if you are the anon from yesterday a liar too. The police have said it could have happened to anyone, and based on the fact that there are no charges means she was not considered the cause, either he was or no one was. If I'm driving down the road and someone walks or rides a bicycle in front of my car, and are killed, does that mean I took their life? No it doesn't, it means that person died, I didn't kill them. He left himself in a very dangerous situation. Move on with your life.

Ya... If you hit someone who walks out in front of your car...It may not mean you're 100% at fault, but it definately means YOU KILLED THEM. Ass.

Diz: The definition of kill: to deprive of life in any manner; cause the death of; slay. Every definition of this word dealing with life deals with the cause of death. Without cause, a person cannot kill. If the police say she was not the cause of the accident, she did not kill him. He was the cause of the accident due to his negligence. MOVE ONE WITH YOUR LIFE.

You keep saying that last bit about moving on, but you seem to be as attracted to this ridiculous debate as I am. Your argument suggests that this man may as well have leapt out in front of her car because of his circumstances ( suspended license, black out on the tailights, ect) Once again, she may not be 100% at F-A-U-L-T, but she was still driving the vehicle that took his life. Bottom line : She killed a man with her car.
