Health district could require septic tank permits

The Ledge Light Health District is considering a new regulation that would require property owners with septic tanks to obtain permits for them and verify that they are pumped out at least every five years.

The development of more and more regulations by the Department of Public Health is outright empire building. Last time it was rules to restrict the location of on site septic systems based on absolute bullspit science,
