This piece of crap deserves every day he gets in jail, that is if he does't get a slap on the wrist! This thief was probably campaigning for a new school levy so he would have more money to steal!

And you can bet he already made over $100,000 a year in salary. It's never enough for these fat cats.

And that folks is what is wrong with Ohio's school system. This guy couldn't do this alone. Where was the school treasurer in all this? Where are the checks and balances? Who approved these bogus companies as vendors for the school? Who approved the invoices for his bogus companies? Who authorized and signed the checks?? You can swing a dead cat in a school system without hitting at least 10 grossly overpaid crooked administrators per one student.

Your questions are great and one wonders why someone didn't ask them when all this was happening. Don't they have any "community watchdog groups"? I'd be happy to lend them ours.

Your conclusion, however is so stupid that I can hardly believe the same person is writing. We don't say all churches are bad because of one pastor. We don't say all businesses are dishonest despite some pretty compelling evidence that a great many are. We don't say every sports hero is on steriods just because some are. Corruption is rampant in our society, but no more so in education than any other sector. Get real!

The sad part about this person who got cought there are several, several people in the system that have not got caught yet. When I worked with the PTA years ago your had to watch those women like hawks. Don't take it it does not belong to you. I have alway felt they needed a billing system in the school district and govmnt offices.

Wow...a couple of things. First of all, the "whistle blower" in this case, based on local press research, was the school treasurer, so the checks and balances DID work. This person will have 20 to 30 years to contemplate his theft in office, so justice will prevail.
Also, seeing how vindictive and malicious some of the writers are on this blog, do you all share a wing in the same institution where you are housed? Or do you just harbor ill will towards all?

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Scorpio

The thought of the sales is almost too good to resist today, and you'll jump at the chance to see what's on offer. Even better if you can snap up some bargains at the same time. It's certainly a good day for investing your money carefully, but make sure you aren't more seduced by the reduction in the cost of something than in the item itself. Are you certain that you want to buy it?
