Our family gave all this information to the Attorney General and recieved no answers. The Medical Examiner in NewYork made reference that there was no signs of leads connected to her body. Her death was ruled a suicide but in every crime scene photo she is wrapped tighly in a blanket up to her chin in 3 differ areas in her room. OSBI who became involved 3months after her death shared the photos with us. As of today no one has been held accountable to our knowledge. God-Bless

To the forum and the people of Oklahoma. This was not easy to do but I am her voice now. My family deserves our questions answered. We have spent over 100,000 dollors of our own money trying to find out "what happened to Ashley" we never filed lawsuits we just wanted closure and still do. We have valid questions that should be answered by the State. God-Bless

sorry for your family lost our heroes. it seems as if someone is covering up a job done by negilent people and no one wants to be embarrassment ot the possible lawsuits that think would have followed due to somenones negelence. also they may have been covering for someone they wanted to protect. some snitch maybe.I hope you have better days ahead. just keep searching and maybe someone in the know will speak up and inform you.

Yes the picture is clear but you may want to explain what it is or am I on the wrong forum? I can see it clearly and it makes me sick, I bet everytime you look at that picture it drives you nuts, I know it would me and you would have every right to feel the way you do..

What, do they, the investigators think everyone is stupid that we don't know what's going on, everyone look at that picture and please state your opinion on what you, the public thinks it means..

If thats not bad enough there is no evidence that a heart monitor was ever hooked up to her body. No stickers, glue, ect. The Heart strip we were given was dated Aug of 1986 with her name wrote with ink. It showed a hr of 14. This photo is from Jan 2 at 1230. It is 31hrs old. If you seen the whole photo she doesn't look like she has been gone that long. Anyway I don't know why we can't get answers. The State knows but won't answer our questions. Even a 1% chance she passed at the ME office is to much. The nightmares I have had is unspeakable. The state did assist with getting the photos but not answering are questions for any type of Closure. Dr. Adelman from NY has ask for help but no cooperation to my knowledge. God-Bless

So sorry for your loss, what year did your daughter pass? Why would they give you a heart strip if she was never even hooked up to a heart machine? Something just does not seem to add up. Hope you get the answers that you are seeking. Unfortunately this is how our systems works, crappy!

Thank-You for the comment. Good question about the heart strip. All I know is her shirt was not cut, no stickers, glue, ect to show she was hooked up to anything. She was not transported by EMSA. The investigator called the furneral home to take her to the ME office in Tulsa. My husband I did CPR untill we believed helped arrived. I pray every night that I am wrong. My daughter suffered from severe Asthma most of her life. She fought to breath and her passing this way is so hurtfull after many nights sitting at a hospital with her watching how scared she was. She become much better around 11yrs but still used her inhaler up untill she died.

I believe it would prove pure negligence on the part of the M.E. to me it points to but one thing your daughter had some life in her at some period while in the custody of the M.e., i DON'T THINK ANY THING ELSE WOULD CAUSE THAT GRASP OF THE GURNEY AND THERE APPEARS TO BE BRUISING THERE ALSO, on the same hand. MY heart cries for you. i hope you doon't think me a callous person in putting my words so blunt. that i my opinion,what else would be the cause of such. what kind of incompetent peple do they hire there anyway. HEROES, does that photo have adated and time frame on it. How long a period after your daughter passed did you ecieve the photos from OSBI. sOMEONE HIRED to do the job of medical examiner must have been very neglegent in a knowing way I beleve. who could overlook such evidence such as that photo holds. Maybe osbi gave you that photo to further your cause in some sort of way. But, i ask, how many of possible photos were held back that showed even more daming evidence. Possiblbilities there. if these photos have a time sequence to them are thereany missing time sequences missing. dated material leaves a trail. O.S.B.I aprox 4months after death showed ups the crime scene photos that the Rogers county sheriff had taken on Jan 1, 2004 those photos are the ones that show her wrapped up in a blanket in 3 differ areas of her room. These photos and the reports are what we have been denied to. The state in 2007 helped with a writ to get the ME photos from Tulsa. The ME phote you are looking at was either taken on the 1st or the 2nd. The ME in Tulsa said the 1st but the digital time stamp removed show the 2nd. Remember up until 2007 the only thing we had was a austopsy report that showed her in the clothes she was wearing after her funeral. Not was she passed in because an autopsy was not performed untill after her funeral. Thanks for asking.

Heroes I think you have been to to that bunch of people that handled your daughters case. I believe the only way you are going to get any answers is with a lawyer and supeonea power to question the ones involved and force them to bring out alway they have as evidence in your daughters case. you have been to nice and courtsey to them it is time to rattle their cages. get a good lawyer to do the work for you.

You know Custard I have went to the top of this state with a lot of evidence and every few months this guy screws up and they try to cover it up. It is getting easier to see. I hope the other mother seeks the truth about how he ended up in a community center without prison time. Everytime I am ready to take this story to National news something else happens to make this case stronger. So I am waiting to see what happens in when he is brought back To Rogers county on 12/5/08. Then we will take it from there. I have nothing but time. AS you know nothing brings back the one you love. The truth will always prevail just may take a little time but thats OK. God-Bless

i surely hope you do succeed HEROES, that guy needs a long term in prison where the other inmates can actually meet him and just maybe , give him a dose of his own medicine, but no cures for what will be ailing him. after all where he needs to be will no be no kiddie land . usually the prisoners have their own perverse ways with people such as he is. He is currently in the oklahoma city jail (sheriffs office) Not sure how that happened but I am getting pretty good at investigations. They better watch out, it might not be long before I take one of their jobs.

what is he appearing in court this time for,need help, if he gets out of this or pleas to a lesser chare and no time I ca guarantee you they are using him for a traveling snitch. and he also knows to much of what has gone on.

He violated Drug Court and had a 100,000 bond in Rogers County when he was allowed to go to a community center after a conviction of a sex crime. I am glad the mother is following up with this issue. To many "mistakes" with this guy. Remember this is the same guy who seen last seen my daughter alive "mistakes" in her investigation too.
