Photo: 1st /death certificate from Tulsa M. E.

My daughter passed away on Jan 1 2004. This is the first death certificate issued to allow the funeral director to leave with her body on Jan 2 of 2004. On Jan 5 of 2004 during her funeral we were notified that no autopsy was completed and she returned to the M.E. office after being prepared for a funeral. The autopsy report I recieved described her in her clothes we buried her in. I called the ME office in Tulsa and Oklahoma city and was told that was all they had. Nothing from Jan 1 of 2004 this is on recording.

We only speak out for closure. We would like the Attorney General to help with the reports and her belonging so Dr. Adelman can help. God-bless

Do you know I can't even have the closure that my daughter was gone when she left my house. I have dreams every night thinking of her dying at the morgue but no one wants to talk. The photos are unreal. She doesn't look like she has been gone for 2days. Heart strip dated 8/86. No sign of leads on her body. Wrapped in a blanket and died per ME/Sheriff suicide..No one will help. Not even with showing me why the believe she didn't pass at the ME office. How cruel is that. PLEASE OKLAHOMA TURN HER BELONGING AND REPORTS OVER TO DR. ADELMAN. HER CASE IS CLOSED. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?????

I hate to say this and my intent is not to hurt you but I think nobody cares, there's not a damn soul that knows about Ashley's case that cares if you are in pain or not..They would rather keep the F**K up hidden than come out and tell the truth, to many people involved in my opinion...But you are on the right track, I am proud of you, you have so much courage and guts..

how long has he been in office (M.E.) maybe people will finally boot him out of office abd then you can get the truth. i hope so. read your post I care.

Future Goals for the NewYear

1) To become more active in Teenage Domestic Abuse.
2) To put a billboard in memory of Ashley. Any ideas please share with me.
3) To take my daughter ashes to South Africa.(if anyone has traveled To South Africa any info would be helpful.) I would like to do this around or the year of her 21st B-day.
4) To continue to seek Justice for Ashley and find out the true events that took place on the morning of her death.

I still care HEROES. and i believe people do care but, because there are alot of people out there who are asking and seeking justice they have not recieved yet. someday the M,e, will get his justiceas well as the law enforcement people that did not give ASHLEY HER JUSTICE. JUSTICEwill always triumpph over negilence. sometimes it only takes time. AT least that is my hopes. GOD BLESS WHERE DID YOU GO NEEDS HELP???? WE need you.

Oh no you misunderstood me, I never meant the good, kind caring people didn't care, what I mean is the people in the sheriffs department and those that know, such as the ME's office, everyone that was associated with the investigation....This is why these public forums can cause problems, we assume we know what someone means and why not ask what someone means instead of jumping to conclusions?

Good question. I don't know. Some reason I believe they are protecting this guy. Do you know Ashely is the second girl he dated in a 7month period ? died from suicide. Another girl took 5 felonies for him and was shot up with meth plus given every drug you could think of. Once she took the felonies for him. He dumped her. Another girl raped. Read some of the forums in Rogers County forum about Ashley. You can tell someone is protecting him. I just found out one of the charges to run cc with the rape charge on Josh was a case were the girl who took the felonies for him. Twisted. Can't keep up with all the lies for him.

Oh, I am here just feeling a little discussed by all this. Two young girls gone and three victims after this. No telling how many more are out there that are to frightened to come forward. Absolutely makes me sick. But don't you worry I am a fighter and I will not give up. If it saves just one family the hell all of these families have been through, then I feel I have done my job.

HI WE NEED HELP JUST A LITTLE INFO i remember about some happenings in the OKC forensics department. may coincide with the happenings that occurredin your family. check the OKC PAPERS ABOUT A PERSON who worked in forensics that may have been falsying forensic evidence. I may be remembering wrong but I think i am correct. if this was going on with this woman in forensics there may have been a continuance of this before or after she was fired. at least that is as I remember the situation therein okc. She may have been charged with falsifying state documents and as I recall they may have had to review some of her evidence presented during trial. and i do think she lost her job. do not remember the time in which this occurred. hope this may help from what I read of you and heroes you need all the help and support you can get. this may be the stink they are covering up. smells don't it. I do read a lot.
