They can keep thinking what they'd like. I like it when they are "so sure" of themselves. We saw what happened last time they were "so sure" of themselves and walked into a courtroom! She's never been CHARGED with murder and definately can be. I hear that there is a campaign in the working for petitions and calls to get her charged for the right crime now. When I learn more, I will pass it on to those who would like to participate in the campaign. I keep forgetting to post an update on the hearing that was set for Raye's motion for half the settlement money. The date has been changed to Jan. Seems that Jones has another trial scheduled at that time. I forgot the exact date, but will look it back up and let ya know. But as yet, there has been no murder trial for what happened to Kelsey. And that is a horrible miscarriage of justice. This is our way of trying to find some measure of justice for her. We may insult each other horribly. God knows that neither side likes the other. But until someone goes on trial, it's all we have.

thank you. In my opinion, After reading the autopsy results - there is no way she could not see all the bruising, abuse that baby took. If she didn't see them, then she was definitely neglectful. My child is 8 and I still inspect him for unexplained marks. RDS is disgraceful and should be ashamed of not protecting that child. Enabling is the very least of what she should be charged with. This is my opinion.

For some reason when I posted my post, hers was not showing or I would have answered then. But yes, it's a given. It's always RD supporters who ask for "proof" of EVERYTHING and ask all kinds of questions, yet offer NO answers when asked questions themselves OR for "proof" of anything. Been that way all along.
