Former McIntosh County Sheriff Pleads Guilty - News9.com - Okla...

SEE!! It is because of situations like this that we have lack of respect for the law enforcement. We see little bits every day. Law enforcement passing everyone on the highway without lights or sirens on. They drive faster than we do all the time. and we are to believe they are going to an emergency!!! The last 3 I followed were headed to a store!!! The choking of an ambulance driver...there is no excuse for that at all period!....Beating up a little league coach and gets by with it....Demanding respect because they have a gun and a badge!!!......That is invoking fear!!! not respect!!... When the law abiding citizens that have no criminal records like myself, become afraid of our own police forces,...somethings wrong, and it isn't with me!!! There is too many hot headed officers on the roads.
With all that is wrong in this world, I do not see wasting police time on writing tickets when we have 54 children missing in Oklahoma,and at least 22 unsolved murders just in Oklahoma County itself !!! Yeah...write me a ticket for doing 76 in a 70mph, while we have child rapist out there and worse! It is sad to think what crimes were being done while these guys who were suppose to be protecting their community, were in fact becoming felons themselves. Thinking like most officers that they were above the law!! Dear LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS: YOU ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW.....YOU ARE THE LAW !!! Show my children, as I show them, to do what is right. Law Enforcers are suppose to be sanctuary, safe from evil, not evil itself. Law Enforcers are to protect those who can not protect themselves. The young, the weak, the sick, the elderly, the ones who can't help themselves. Not to be like these two losers, who just make it harder and harder for the public to trust law enforcers. Why am I writing this?? Cause I care, it probably wasted space....I should have wrote about fishing and got a better response. It is just sad to see our law enforcers who we are suppose to look up to, not being an good example to our young children. Not obeying the speed limits themself and then having the nerve to write tickets when you know darn well you do the same thing everyday. And you know you do! If you can find it in your heart to remember why you wanted to be an officer of the law in the first place...wanted to make a difference??...These two sure did!!!....DO THE NEXT RIGHT THING !!!!

OH YEAH I forgot ..POLICE OFFICER was gonna marry the 15 year old girl he raped in our state too!!!...When this stuff gets out on the world wide web and world news and everybody sees what OKLAHOMA LAW ENFORCERS are acting like, I'd be ashamed of what they are saying!!! I bet we all would hang our heads. Why do we always got to be the butt of the jokes? Why can't we do something positive? Why are we known as the fattest city..Why does the US Government refuse to put any of their prisoners in the Oklahoma County Jail??? during transfers? because it is in bad shape! Like our bridges,....But Damn We Got great FOOTBALL TEAMS....don't we???? Go SSOOONNEERRRSS......GOOOO COWWWWBOYYSSS !!!!!!

I wonder why these guys jumped on the guilty plea as fast as they did. What did they not want an investigation to find out. What else have they been up to? Who else have they been up to it with? There is more to this story than we will ever know. A good lawyer could have dragged this out for years or got them a much better deal, unless they wanted the feds to just go away. I don't know how we can look at anyone in the justice system down there the same again, at least not wondering if they are corrupt or not.

DARN, everyone and anyone assoicated with ANY cops here are corrupt... its just the way it goes in Oklahoma.

The American people are angered with Pittsburg County “Judge Thomas Bartel’s” decision to approve a one-year prison sentence are calling for his removal AND THE LAZY DISTRICT ATTORNEY what is his associations as the Judges in this case to the child torture?

Judge Thomas Bartel is a “suspicious” subject that needs investigated into his personal life and money traced? What type of a wicked “human rights abusers” is this Judge Thomas Barterl?

Does “Judge Thomas Bartel” have children and what is going on in his home or other?

It appears by “Judge Thomas Bartel” ruling that he {enjoys child sexual abuse} against innocent victims and there families right?

“Judge Thomas Bartel” has joined the many other “incompetent degrading Judges” operating in the United States that are worthless destroying the American Judaical system.

Judge Thomas is acting like a dictator who has the power to punish victims of sex crimes is it because he has secrets?

The District Attorney in this case we will expose his name soon after we get it. Who did not protect the child sex victim by filing an “OBJECTION” to the mentally incompetent worthless degrading “HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSER”“Judge Thomas Bartel” in the case everyone of them in that “COURT ROOM’ who tortured this family for power and authority needs arrested and removed for crimes against children by being lazy and a worthless human and a stupid filthy minded “COURT ROOM” THAT DESTROYS EVERY BELIEF IN AMERICAN JUSTICE?

The American people are not taking it any more YOU ARE NOT OUR GOD or our DICTATORS any more:

Change needs to come American, IT is the only Country that votes in criminals to rule over the people. do they ever destroy the system as once was known. American needs to have a course for those interested in becoming Judges study in “University” for two years after law school. Then let the people vote in who wins.

Right now they are in it for “profiteering acts and power” against “WE THE PEOPLE”.

This is just another example of Oklahoma Cops that think they are above the law, and most if not all think this way.

Well it is obvious everyone agrees that law enforcers are out of hand in Oklahoma....When law abiding citizens that have no criminal record including traffic tickets, like myself, become afraid of the law enforcers, then something has become, and is, wrong with that entity. A gun does not demand respect it creates fear....there is a difference. Gang members with guns and Law Enforcers wit guns, both believe the gun creates respect for them. That is not respect, that is FEAR, you see in those eyes!!
You EARN respect, not fear it out of some one!

It is hard to respect a group of what is suppose to be "The Good Guys" the "Role Models" of the community, a sanctuary of safety, for the weak and those unable to protect themselves.

When you see a law enforcement vehicle coming you are suppose to feel safe, pride, and secure, knowing that there is someone there that you can trust in a time of need.

But it is not like that anymore. The "Good Guys" are now the "good ol boys" that have their own agendaa, and are suspicious of everyone and everyone suspicious of them...It will not get any better....It will only get worse....When we have a group of Law Enforcers that put non-violent drug users in prison for the rest of their life (91 now)...and put a woman in prison for life foe shoplifting,....That is too much what is next 20 years for jay walking? 30 years for speeding?

Yes that is a bit much, but that seems to be the way it is going...It is just scary trying to be a law abiding citizen!!!

Thats why I gave up years ago Mark.. it is pointless to even try.. so why not come over to the dark side? I am kidding of course. Your points have loads of merit.. and if the tax payers and voters will stand up it can and will change for the better. It takes us speaking up though..and in large quantities.

BUT YOU KNOW BECAUSE OF : " Fear of Retalliation ", The people will never stand up! There are more sheep than there are Shepherds, and because of that....many will be and will be and have been decieved!!!! But Thank You for the kind words, it is nice to know there are others that do have a spine!!!

I think, Mark, if you will take a look there are many more of us out there. Setting up simple rallies and such can help you to find more of us. Having get togethers and perhaps a web page to help find others in whom are pissed off with the way things are going. IF we are to do anything.. it certainly wont be from out butts with our mouths closed.

I agree, as you can see I find it hard to keep my mouth shut when people are treating others badly, especially when nit is our law enforcers who are suppose to be role models, and a sanctuary for the weak and defenseless, but instead think a gun and a badge has given them respect, when in actuality the gun has created fear, and the badge is respect for the laws not of the person.
I'm sorry but you have to earn respect from me, I'm a little old fashioned that way. And since I have no criminal record and a law abiding citizen.
I have no fear of retalliation, unless something gets planted on me. which is always a possibility!
So I write and complain and whine because I am only one voice, a loud one but just one. Mainly I just perturb people, but every now and then someone will stand up beside me and say "Yea Damn Straight" and then they get busy with their life and that is that.
I just bet that the Lord is getting pretty tired of all this by now! I know I am and since He can do far more than I can I just turn it over to Him.

One voice is just like one vote.. sometimes its all it takes. Unfortunatly not in this situation. Why not try getting some like minded folksd together at a coffee house or something. Craigslist is a great way to meet like minded people as such and you might be able to come up with great ways to show our reps we care and want changes made now!
