Photo: What happened to Ashley? Help would be nice..

You can go www.myspace.com/rememberashley15 the man we suspect who know what happened was allowed to walk away and was convicted of rape this year. 1)All crime scene photo's she is wrapped in a blanket up to her chin. Death ruled a suicide. Her boyfriend gave her a xanax but no charges ever filed. No statements taken from mom or dad. No ME at the scene. Left in a funeral herse. First death certificate voided. No autopsy untill after her funeral. We have been denied her belongings from the Sheriff Prather of Rogers County and have ask to see the reports and have been denied. We hired A M.E from NewYork but he has recieved no cooperation from the County. We need help from the AG office.

hello HEROES, you are a hero to ne heroes. you don't quit or give in your quest young lady. if no voice is there for ashley, there will only be silence to be heard. sounds to me as if you to have a messed up crime scee and a lazy M.E. absolutely no crime scene investigation at all. just bumbled through and returned back to the office for another cup of coffee,mabe a donut or two. how can they perform an autopsy after a funeral. is that not getting a late start on justice. or did any of them care. I have noticed the same thing. Do you know our family paid over 100,000 to find experts to look at Ashley case. The State did help with the ME photo's but has allowed the Sheriff not to turn over any of her belongings and we have not even been able to see any of the reports. The Sheriff closed her case last Halloween as a suicide and refused to look at what new evidence we had or cooperate with the ME in New York. I strongly believe there was family of the County involved with my daughter's case or something to do with the drug houses she turned in. Do you know NO ONe has even taken a statement from my husband or I. My husband is in law enforcement. Retired from Tulsa Police Department and now a Chief with in the county our daughter passed away in. Something Stinks and I am really tired of being ignored. Did you see the photo of Ashley hand on her myspace. That photo was taken on Jan 2 the ME stated Jan 1 but the time stamp on the photo says Jan 2 0f 2004. 1)One she grasping the gurney 2) the heart strip is dated 8/23/1986 with heartrate of 14 her name is wrote on it with ink.3)she is wrapped so tight in this blanket it's unbelievable. 4) No ME at the scene, never transported to the hospital. 5) The Sheriff department was here approx 1hr never talked with anyone.

Oh just clear up any confusion after letting her lay at The ME office for day and a half they called the funeral home to pick her up..Then after her funeral on Jan 5 we were told they needed her back at the ME office for an autopsy. Then I had no idea what happen for the next week. Until federal express called and said they were bringing me her remains. She was cremated. I never even knew when she left the ME office and when the cremation was done. It only gets worse.

In my opinion I think it would cost the State of Oklahoma to much money to care about What happened to Ashley. We have tried everything right. We never filed any type of lawsuits we only wanted a investigaion into why and what happened. We have only ask for people to be accountable for there actions for not doing their job. Like all of us are held too. So far no luck but I am not going anywhere. The sad thing is there is now other victims and there family is being treated the same way because it involves the same man and they don't want to admitt their mistakes so now other familys are suffering. Tulsa/Owasso did file charges and showed no favortism. He is now in a community center for 9yrs which I don't understand.

well heroes I believe tis guy from the dounds of it is connected to a olice department and is probably a snich for someone. maybe even fedral. it has happened before. either that or well connected to someone with political power. sounds to as if polie were more than incompetent but bent over backwrds not to find any evidence or even to investigate this case. looks to like this person is being over looked on purpose by choice. he should be serving a long prison term instead of a kiddie school. happenings such as this in OKLAHOMA is what reallyP>O>s me to no end. I just keep asking my self where are he rel police and district sttorneys at. Seems they work harder for the criminal element to turn them loose than to put them in jail. HEROES what you have here is police connections to a full time snitch who probably earned some extra money. ONE QUESTION HEROES,, WHO WAS ON DUTY TO PRONOUNCE HER DECEASED AND IF SHE HAD A PULSE WHY DID THEY NOT TRANSPORT HER TO THE HOSPITAL. I worked the box for 14 years and you always had to have someone these to pronounce a person DOA ON THE SCENE. YOU DAM SURE DID GET A RAW DEAL ALL THE WAY AROUND. LIKEi say incompetence all the way around. what kind of ambulance service do you have there anyway. I hope I read that writing correct.

If no one was at scene who was there to pronounce her doa at scene a usually only someone with advanced medical training and contact with a doctor with telemetric devices to sent persons vital signs can pronounce on the scene deaths. unless they are even dumber there than i thought.

I am a RN. My husband and I did CPR untill help arrived. No one else started CPR. EMSA pronounced but what is interesting is her shirt is not cut and no leads left on her body or signs from the glue where a lead would have been placed.
Also the autopsy report I recieved descibes her in the clothes from her funeral not what she passed away in. Alot of the information we did not recieve untill 2007.

What I find interesting if you look around on the forums everyone who has a love one that died is fighting for truth. I believe there is wrongful convictions and guilty people set free. Why? Look at the legal system in Oklahoma. We need changes. Such as training, stronger laws, new laws, accoutablity, ect. Reguardless of what side we our on it is the same issue poor investigations that leave many unanswered questions that all familys suffer from. We need to stand together as a group. Justice is about money and power. Sad but true. We deserve better than that. So look and see how many people are fighting over a investigaion. It was shocking to me. God-Bless

People you can not send one soldier to war. You need a army. Requardless of what side you stand on it is the same legal system that is leaving people with no answers. Yes I know some people just don't want to believe someone their related to or love could committ a crime. In my case people say I am in denial because her death certificate states suicide. Well it's going on 5yrs. I am at peace as one can be with the loss of my daughter but I am not at peace with the investigaion. With good reasons. These people need votes. Like DVIS, MADD, ect. We have to stand together. End results is equall justice for everyone and Closure. God-Bless

HEROES, get your self a good attorney and try to get a court order to so you and that M.E. you hired to view the evidence gathered by the dept. at the crime scene. for there is no need to hold that evidence as the file has been closed. other cases have a second opinion by an outside M.E. Why would law enforcement be against a second opinion unless they hace something to hide. hope they have not destroyed part of the evidence or lost photos. give it a try, if you have not already done so. god bless keep kicking butt there gal.

That is my concern. What our they hiding. We are still digging and making some progress. Takes time when no one helps. But it's OK nothing will bring Ashley back but I will keep this from happening again and make people accountable. That's my goal anyway.

You are a remarkable woman, you keep fighting and you will find someone somewhere that is going to listen. Just like that mother that fought so had for the amber alert. I think you should have a rally or something, get these peoples attention. I mean what is going to happen when he gets out, will their be another victim? You damn right their will, why, because he keeps getting away with it.

ow many people that was involed with this guy in some way and became deceased??? someone I believe is protecting this guy for some reason or he is very well connected. is this what could be going on HEROES?? don't give up you will find help somewhere. Do you know there is another girl he dated who died 7months prior to dating my daughter. She was found in a bath tub with a curling iron cord around her neck. Both step brothers are in Jail for rape right now. Thank-you Custard for being a friend God-bless
