As far as HIPPA goes, in many ways the law actually errodes confidentually and privacy. For example: if you go to an ER your visit will be available to any other ER alreay on line.

We have had to put up with Sue for months coming on here, accusing people of abusing Raye (simply for speaking their opinion on what happened) and being responsible for the death of Kelsey. We have had to listen to her insane ramblings accusing us of abortions and other moral offenses and when something is pointed out to her, you English jump on the Raye Dawn bandwagon and begin to issue threats, and having American law pointed out to us when really, you know nothing more about it then what came up in your search results when you googled it.
But the pettiness aside. You know as well as I do that Sue is looney as a tune. That has nothing to do with your belief of whether Raye is innocent or guilty. You have that right of your opinion. But we also have ours.
