So does this mean that the two times Sue posted on Topix once outright saying she is 52 and the other stating she had her daughter who is now 12 year when she was 40 are both false?

I suspect she would dispite any age we post. She needs to put her tin foil hat back on and calm down, the chip inplanted into her brain will do the rest.

Sue does have a boatload of children, El.(The poor things.) The rest of it is a bold-faced lie. She is not 52. She is two years older than I am, which makes her 43.

Back on topic, do you think it is acceptable for Smith to litigate for 1/2 of the settlement Lance received? I thought it was dirty blood money? At least it was when Lance got it. Is it no longer tainted now that Smith might be able to get her greedy, child murdering hands on it?

Kathie and Lance Briggs have filed a $15 million lawsuit against DHS
for allowing the abuse and death of Kelsey.
If they win,
they will have to give half of the settlement to Raye Dawn.
However, if Raye Dawn is convicted
of anything regarding the abuse/death of Kelsey, then Kathie and Lance Briggs get to keep it all.

You don’t think $7.5 million dollars isn’t a motive?

all it takes is some supporters who would like at least one of the millions. or even 100.000, I have seen people killed for a 10th of that amount.

Raye was always a very popular girl, treating everyone the way she wanted to be treated.... She always had a very upbeat personality and made friends easily.

When Raye was a student at Meeker High School, she was the captain of her cheerleading squad all four years. Her sophomore year of high school, she started dating Lance Robinson. Lance was the football star of the high school and Raye was the popular captain of the cheerleading squad.

Raye endured more abuse until March of 2002. Lance had attacked her and she'd finally had enough and told him to leave, which he did. She then started seeing a new man named Jason, ready to shed Lance from her life. Later that month, Lance broke into his and Raye's home and destroyed a few of Raye's things. He also left a threatening note for Raye. She took him back, only for him to abuse her further. Finally, in May of 2002, Raye finally grew tired of the abuse and the fact that Lance was cheating on her with an 18-year-old girl named Ashley Lytle. Ashley is the daughter of a woman who used to be married to one of Raye's maternal uncles. After she told Lance to leave this time, she filed for a divorce.

Around that time, Raye got some bad news.

Her father, Ray Shelton Smith,
who had been fighting cancer for a while,
was told that he was losing his fight
and they didn't expect him to survive.

Soon after the divorce, she discovered two things. One, Lance and Ashley were engaged to be married. The other was that she was pregnant.

For the first two years of Kelsey's life, it seemed that the Smiths and Briggs were all getting along for Kelsey's sake.

However, what no one knew was that Kathie and Lance's soon-to-be wife were stalking Raye and Lance threatened to take Kelsey away from Raye.

He threatened to take her to court and prove she was a bad mom.

Lance and Ashley were married in June 2003 and Kelsey was at the wedding.

Ashley told people that Kelsey was she and Lance's daughter and even told Kathie that she and Lance wouldn't have kids,

that they would just keep Kelsey and raise her.

Oh I know what Raye wants to do with the money, and I can't wait for her to recieve it, finaly Kelsey's memory will be honored.
Raye won't be spending it on a farm, or maybe Lance needs to by a new car seeing as he crashed the last one.

With all due respect, how is it you know that Smith had an abortion? Is it hearsay and if so from who?? I have read many comments referring to her having an abortion but have not seen any medical proof of this. I am not sayin she did and I am not sayin she didn't, I just want to know why you are so adament that she did. I am not reading Sue's posts so I really don't care what it is she has said about abortions. I just think that having had an abortion is a personal thing and not somethin that everyone should be posting on a Topix board. No matter who you are and what you have done in your life that is not something for others to be postin.

I have also read where you talk about Raye supporters being liars and resort to name calling. This is what I have seen from you. I just think that calling somebody a cow is wrong. Everyone got upset when it was done to Shonya (which I do agree was wrong) but now it seems it is ok if it is done to Raye supporters.

There is never going to be a happy medium in this case. This is just my opinion.
