so I gota buy a 250,000 dollar house in chouteau hills to get my road cleaned

cause the mayor, county commissioner, and few other more important men live in chouteau hills they get there roads cleaned and all the attention. I got friends in the country that dont even have roads cleared but Yoder got his equipment in city limits in his living area? than the city dont even get all the streets covered, like north of bank where my parents live on gray street and next street west, why are some streets left out? I come home from work this morning and seen city crew at work but later disappear when i go to gas station i hear there all out at chouteau hills, why chouteau hills not all the city streets, maybe i need become board member to get my street done and be taken care of. ALL I ASK IS TREAT ALL CITY EQUAL. I understand you gota do main streets or more traveled roads but why leave some unattended?

Because 80+ percent of the city's revenue comes from Chouteau Hills I suspect.
