Bullsh*t. I'm 6 even and weigh 310. I can run up a flight of stairs easily. Or I could if my knees weren't so bad.

Actually, I need to do this several times every day. Then, maybe, I won't weigh 310.

But I digress. What a lame (no pun intended) alibi.

Your knees are probably bad because of the weight. Sounds like this guy may be saying the same thing you are. You're assuming at 5'8"285 lbs his knees are in great shape?

Either way his daughter will have custody of the kids. Say thank you daddy.

Nope. The knees are bad because of sports injuries (right- soccer; left - basketball) that happened in my late teens and early 20's.

Back in 2003 but doesn't say he ever lived in Florida. He doesn't live in Florida now and the crime didn't take place in Florida and the trial isn't in Florida.
