I've been living in my apartment for 4 years. I had a SORRY ASS! Management Company COUGH COUGH! CAL OAKS! Who wouldn't get anything fixed. As Soon as CEDAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT took over ALL my repairs were fixed in a timely manner with great vendors not to mention EXELLENT staff. I HIGHLY dissagree with this bitch that is hatting on CEDAR you probably got evicted or something

I have lived here three years and my experience has been a positive one. Repairs have been made in a timely manner and the repair people have been happy to return if necessary if not quite right the first time. The managment have been there for me and have found them to be professional and friendly. Renters also need to take responsibility. It's a two-way street, would't you say?

Ive seen the properties they manage...they are slumlords...just like oak tree prop. mgmt.

i know from the "inside" of this management. im not sure how it is now but a few years ago, there was someone who really cared and the owner didn't really care, all he cared about was making money, but that is why he was in the business. there was an incident with a lady who had moved in tho an apartment and found it FULL of fleas, the owner simply didn't care. The problem was that there was a lot of cats, the cat problem stemmed from the rodent problem.. the employees do try hard to get things done but lack experience and put things off constantly.

The owner thinks his the shiiiit and his a little punk that thinks he knows it all what a crock this Management company is if you are going to live under these people be prepared to never be served. You call and they always keep you waiting. I am sorry but I don't like them and the people working there unprofessional my goodness, a little kindness goes a long way to keep you in business. Cedar Property Management won't be around for long. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!
