Judge it!
NOT GUILTY. The man did his job and he did it the way he was taught in school and the way it should have been done to provide proper care to his patient.
To all of you who ripped him a new a--hole, including the press, on this website you owe him and his family an apology.
What do want to bet that the outcome of this trial does not appear on any news cast tonight or in a newpaper tomorrow.

Former Cove Paramedic Accused Of Fondling Female Patient Goes On Trial
A former Copperas Cove Fire Department paramedic is on trial in Gatesville , charged with official oppression for what a patient says was improper contact with her.

Actually, Retired 1SG, he was not found innocent. He was found not guilty. Not the same thing. They are two totally different terms.

There was some improper interrogation and interview practices done at CCPD and an Assistant Police Chief, who was a family friend of the accuser, leading the interrogation.

He's off the hook. Now I wonder that his reputation is ruined, he will have trouble finding another job as an EMT, probably huge attorney fees - will he sue the city? |

You are right, there is a huge differance between not guilty and innocent. My mistake for writing not guilty. If it were me I would be looking into a civil suit against the city and even some city employees. |

I know this guy. He was 100% innocent the entire time. He NEVER addmitted to doing this. VERY inappropiate investigation and "leaks" to the press. His reputation was smeared- The investigator needs to be fired!! Sue Kasey sue!!!

I agree, I hope he goes after the Assistant Police Chief, the Cove Human Resources Director, and those at CCFD that turned on him espacially the Female Captain that wrote statments full of opinion and bias instead of just stating the facts about the call. |

It's very easy to acuse someone in the medical field as they have to touch you to check for problems.Females acuse a lot of people unfairly to get money or attension.
