I just found this thread and must say that I was surprised. Though I am glad to see that someone else wants justice for the victims,it is not true that all parents did nothing. I am the little girls Father and I am also the person that became aware of the little boy in Ritzville Washington. I was the one that reported the crime of both children. I reported it as soon as I found out about this terrible crime. I have also tried and tried without results to get the police and officials to take action. I state the following as an opinion that I believe there is corrupyion at many levels in Ritzville. I have contacted the city counsel, local counseling directors, the mayor,the city prosecutor, the District attorney, the schools principles, the school superintendant, the newspaper, the city police, the county police the state police, Child Protection Services,the banks, the restaurants, other local businesses, and the Washington state senator that lives in Ritzville. NONE of these agencies ever replied to me except the senator office. At first the senators aide made some phone calls to let the involved agencies aware that it was now a situation that the senator wanted action taken. But after that the senator has not replied to my cries for help, for justice for these children and getting Daniel away from the children in Ritzville. I hate to say it, but it seems that noone in Ritzville cares that there could be more victims over the 5 month period since they were notified. Daniels father Rick Malby is very well known in Ritzville, and I believe nothing has happened due to the fact that he is very well known in Ritzville. The father has been seen riding with the officers in Ritzville while they were on patrol at night. He has also worked at 16 different employers in Ritzville, 16 to my knowlege.I guess I will end my comment with this: To all the public officials in Ritzville Washington, I will make sure that this is investigated on the state level and by local and national media! I will hold each and everyone of you responsible for this gross miscarriage of justice even though I have become aware that certain officials in Ritzville have been checking into my background, and I believe that I may be arrested very soon on some manufactured charge to shut me up. I say, go ahead, I will never stop seeking discipline for these corrupt officials. If you are not punished on this lifetime, you will surely be punished in the next, by GOD.
