Spokane Sheriff release identity of homicide victim

sebastian esquibel is my cousin and god son.
he was a verry happy guy and only wanted to make people happy.I last seen sebastion in 2004.
when i last seen him he was going back to spokane to try to make things work with his wife so he could be in his childrens life.I dont know much about how he was in spokane. One thing Ido know is he did not deserve to be taken from us. he was not just a transient he is part of my heart.And will be missed for ever.

sebastian esquibel is my ex-husband and father of my children. he is greatly missed but lives on in his son and daughter. i will be keeping a close watch on further trial dates and will update when i know more info.

trial is set for nov. 26th.

Theodore Kosewicz trial is now 1/22/08.

and what is going on with the other guys involved?

No matter who you are you deserve to Rest in Peace... unless you hurt children.. May he rest in Peace :)

Rob Allen trial is set for 3/31/08 for 2 counts of kidnapping. Carlton Hristco trial is set for the same day,his is for 1st degre murder and 2 counts kidnapping etc. Apparently there looking for Dave Collins as a witness, but should be charged with the same as the rest, but they havent arrested him yet.

Theodore Kosewicz trial has been postponed until 2/25/08.. They need to find Dave Collins as his material witness, from what I've gathered.

Kosewicz seems to have pled guilty to some of the charges, check out WA courts.

i am sebastian esquibel' grandmother first of all i want to say sebastian was a good person he loved his wife and his children very much had he not moved to spokane he would be alive today but he went because his wife is from there and he wanted to make her happy. but something went terribly wrong. now he is gone from us forever.i was at his court and seen the defendends burnham and kosewicz from what i heard and seen of these two individuals they are very cold hearted people. my grandson did not deserve what they did to him what they wanted from him he did not have they knew this but yet instead of letting him go they found their pleasure in doing what they wanted to him. his two beautiful babies are without their father his brother and sister without their brother and us without our grandson.he will forever live on in our hearts and we will make sure his children will never forget him.

Kosewicz was found Guilty by trial jury! He is supposed to be sentenced the end of February.

Thr Drug Methaphetamine has again, destroyed allot of young men's lifes and hurt their families.

this so called money that these people said sebastian took don't you think he would have said something to save his life! or was he protecting someone this is such a mystery to us does anyone know anything if you do it won't hurt you to comment now these so called wanna be drug dealers put so much fear into these addicts they are afraid to say anything all they have to do is get it through their head that they are strong and can do good for themselves don't be afraid of these drug dealers.

From the news articles and research,Ive gathered that Sebastian ripped off 4-5 men of their money, he was the so called wanna be drug dealer. The news said Drug deal gone bad.
