The more people sit by and just say it's bad, the more it will get bad! What I'm saying is, make your part of the city the best it can be and if everyone puts in an effort, Odessa can be a great place to enjoy. So the some oilfield workers are shitheads, that doesn't mean everyone is. I believe Odessa can be a great city with plenty of things to do and experience. It starts with the people!
