Review: Advance KWIK Lube

I went early Saturday morning for an oil change in my vehicle to the Advance Kwik Lube, 3122 E University Blvd, Odessa, TX. I was driving past there on my way to another errand and thought I'd give them one more chance. There were two people who worked there walking around inside the open bay doors. All they did was look at me but never offered to help me. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this store, but I will guarantee it will be the last time. I will give my business to Avis Lube from now on. They act as if they appreciate my business. I would not recommend Advance Kwik Lube, 3122 E University Blvd, Odessa, TX to anyone for anything.

I went in today, 4/25/09, for a state inspection. They completed the inspection, but took the carb off to show me it had build up. I agreed to the fuel injector cleaning, it needed to be done anyway, and was told it would only take 15 min. 45 minutes later, they drove my car out of the bay and kind of disappeared. The guy came back in 10 minutes lated and got me cashed out. They didn't give my insurance card back and left the steering wheel covered with grease. I did drive back up there to get my insurance card and asked why my inspection sticker hadn't been filled out. I was told they didn't have to and was given my card, after they found it. I won't be back.

What are the names of the people that work there. Frist names only will be fine?

Oi mate! You either have a carb or fuel injection, but never both. The owners name should be on the business license, call him.
