This just makes me so mad, is a touchy subject for me. I can not believe this woman went to jail for spanking her daughter, especially after finding the types of things (condoms, the writings on the walls), this girl need a good spanking and then some. If she does not get a grip on the situtaion now then it will lead to something she can't control. For the police to arrest this woman is just plain wrong and violates her rights as a parent to enforce the right to be a mother to her child without worrying about going to jail. I wish I had the money to hire her a good attorney and sue the City for this.

This is why kids are out of control, the parents have lost control due to interfearance by law enforcement.
A small child no, but a teen??? Like it hurt her.
A good smack might be in order.
