Review: Trinity Pet Spa Pet Wash & Pet Grooming

This place is AWESOME!!! How convenient it's right here in Trinity!!!!

I just had both of my dogs groomed there today,Very Very disappointed wont take them there again, my yorkie looks almost like he did when I took him in, ears not tipped like I had asked and his face looks the same except around his eyes were done ,not 33.00 worth the poodle was fair ,had them from 10am to 1:30 quite a while for them .Not happy at all ,guess I should take the drive and go back to their groomer worth the drive I think.

I have a groomer that comes to my house and takes care of my Poodle. She does a great job, if oyu like I can look up her number and give it to you. I can only speak for myself, however, 4 or 5 of our friends now use her. I can't say what kind of a job she does for them. However, they still call her and she comes out. Let me know if you would like ot try her. You don't even have to leave your house. And no people I am not the groomer just a satisfied client!

Took my lab here for bathing.. i did it myself and they gave me everything i needed.. they seemed to know there stuff.. got some great treats for her too! Owners are very friendly and seem to know the products they are selling.. I will be going back soon and might be trying out the groomer next time

groom/service at our spa. We have established an excellent client base with satisfied customers. At no time have we ever received a complaint from an individual bringing in a Yorkie not satisfied. Your complaint could have been easily rectified to your liking- posting such a negative comment is not the answer without giving us the opportunity to even know of your dissatisfaction -that is not fair to us or any business. In grooming what is long to one groomer may not be the same to another. This is why our groomer is always available to speak with our customers. We are here to groom your pet-as you desire. Also 3 - 3 1/2 hours is normal for grooming. At our spa we take our time to make certain that your pet enjoys his warm massage bath and not rush to get your dog out the door. We use only warm air-not hot and allow your dog to dry in a safe and comfortable environment. Your pets safety and comfort is the most important.
