Shooting in Severn AGAIN

We will not tolerate, drugs,car fires, thugs, filth, rats, and public drinking, all night parties, and out of control crowds destroying our neighborhood. Just as we thought, the police only cared about the violence, not about our property!!! Then rushed off to see the Casino close at 4am...just as we predicted!!! There goes the neighborhood?
