Woman found dead in ditch along Interstate Highway 55

Can you view his rap sheet online? I haven't heard anything about him - how does he play into this whole thing?

The first time i met him he just got out of jail for beating the crap out of her. he def did something to that poor girl.

Go to www.dupagecase.com and use their search link. If you type in his name it will pull up everything they have on him. I've seen it and it's unbelievable. He's had 6 domestic battery complaints against him, 4 DUI's and countless drug distribution charges. And now this. The really sad part is that every one of the domestic violence charges have been dropped because these girls refused to testify including this poor girl. The state police were at his house questioning him again today. I hope they get to the bottom of this soon.

I am shocked at what I just saw. I can't believe there are five pages of arrests dating back as early as 1999. How could he pay all his court fines and lawyer fees? Also, does he still have a drivers license after all these arrests?

I've seen him driving around, but I can't say if his license is valid. He was due to be in DuPage court today in 3 different court rooms at the same time for a multitude of offenses. Haven't heard yet if he showed up.

does anyone know if he is in jail yet? i hate the thought of him driving around like nothing happened. i have 5 daughters to worry about. if anyone knows any new info please post!!!! thank you !!!!!

At the top of the page you can click on all 5 pages of information. It's very interesting what you will see on 3/3/07, exactly one year to the day of this tragedy.

Angela was one of my best friends. I heard he's in jail for a DUI. He got 3 DUIs in 2008. I hope he gets charged with this, since he hasn't yet. Either way he's staying in there for a loong time, but still i hope he doesn't get away with this.

I know that he didn't directly kill her, but that if she wasn't with him she wouldn't have died. If that makes sense. I heard he didn't call the cops when she was like on the side of the highway because he didn't want to get in trouble for driving on drugs or something like that. I duno if that's completely right i don't know the whole story. But either way i still think it was his fault.

well i know one thing...if he gets out of jail and gets away with this...im going to wonder what kind of county we actually live in. and im sure angela has alot of people that are going to be enraged if he does get away with it. im surprised this hasnt gotten more publicity on the news.. why ???? justin you are a scum bag. i hope your stay in prison is hellacious. sorry god.. some people deserve it.

They're still investigating it. so no one can exactly say what the cause of death was not even people who were really close to her know :( its really sad but i hope we find out soon. she was such a sweet girl who everyone felt comfortable around. she would never judge you and you can tell her ANYTHING and EVERYTHING about yourself. There was a sort of feeling like u knew her all your life even if u knew just met her. She was just so carefree and fun to be around. I know i will never meet a person like her ever again in my life. She just had this comfort around her like she can relate to you in every way and make u feel happy everytime youre with her. i hope justing stays in there for a long time and doesnt get out because she did not deserve this at all. I will always remember her and miss her. so sad
