I can see where there probably wasn't adequate material evidence (the offenses were probably not reported immediately) and the victim-witnesses were probably medicated at the time, suggesting that prosecution by trial would not be successful.

We have such a great system of letting predators prey and locking up all those non-violent drug offenders who sell plants,"oh the horror".We don't have room for rapist

hats off to this victim for speaking up-shame on the courts for letting him off so easy. Several complaints about the same guy should make them realize that they are leaving a dangerous guy on the street.

Hats off to the victim to speak up. I am sure part of her motivation for doing so was to stop this guy from hurting others. He is a sick person that took advantage of the weak, what make the courts think probation will stop him?? His targets were easy victims-since they have been taken away I shudder to think of who his next targets will be. He is grateful that he can still take care of his family-why didn't he think of them when he decided to take advantage of people who were sick and in no condition to fight back???

That's why when I was in the hospital, I had my daughter stay in the room with me...I had surgery and wouldn't have been able to do anything on my own...I wanted another set of eyes around. It's your right to have someone stay with you...take that right and use it.

Bless those that were abused by this animal...he should be in a cage. Shame on the judicial system for leaving him out to abuse more people.

This man needs to spend some time in jail. I understand the questions evidence and proof, but probation for so many complaints.....This man is sick and should be off the streets. Didn't seem to be all that concerned about his family while he was taking of advantage of the weak.

What is wrong with this country? This very sick individual needs to be seperated from the rest of society. Multiple victims and a hospital that let him keep working? I will NEVER use Health Central or any other hospital that does not take swift action when somthing as sick as this occurs. What is wrong with everyone?

I am an RN and have been for many years, and I RESENT that another "nurse" could do this and get away with it. One has to ask just how he is "taking care of his family?" He should be incarcerated for the rest of his life, and I am not being racist with my feelings. He doesn't deserve consideration for being a human, this is blatant animalistic behavior.

This man is a sexual predator and needs to be in jail...what he did was inexcusable...he took advantage of women that could not defend themselves...If his family needs his support so much,then he should have thought of that before raping these defenseless women...This pervert needs to be in jail where he cannot harm anyone else...maybe Big Bubba could teach him how it feels to be raped...In a case like this,jail time is what he should get...and plenty of it...

Hey Sentinel or bloggers, can you post this guy's address please. Since our justice system will let this guy back on the streets after committing and confessing to these crimes then we will have to take our own actions to protect our loved ones.

I guarantee you that he will commit another sex crime while he's out on probation.

He will be out and able to be found by anyone who chooses to protect their community,, since the law won't.

It should NOT be up to the proscecuters to decided on these plea deals. This decision should FIRST be up to the VICTIM. Sure they would rather plea...it is cheaper on the prison system and a whole lot easier for the proscecuters. God forbid they have to get in there are REALLY defend the public. This is why they work for the State Attorney office...they are not good enough to work for a private firm.
