I've never been truly impressed with ARS especially the last time I used them for AC work. The operative word there is LAST, I'll never call them again, I surely won't recommend them to my friends.

To Jay, I can understand your frustration with Samsung and the M300. I have the same phone and the same problem..however mine has as unique twist. I live about 3 miles from the service warehouse in Texas but if I send my phone in, it will take 14 business days to be returned. Since it's my only phone, this is not an option. My only choice is to live with it until I can upgrade.
