I have noticed that whenever there is a tragedy, regardless of whether a crime was committed, many people post callous comments. Really, I wonder if they would show up at someone's funeral and offer those words to the bereaved parents. People on line vent, saying things they shouldn't because they are anonymous.

Ye without SIN may cast the first stone..Don't Judge a book by its Cover... You don't know the whole story there's always 3 sides to the truth his, hers and the actual truth.. There is only one person who can judge and that is GOD... And there are actually people in the world who lie about things, cause things didn't go there way... So when there's is a retraction written about him. I wonder how far up your asses will your comments go then.. And about the girl who actually put him through all this, she's the one who actually threatened him and his family. She's the one that has been stalking him.

To all of you writting on the subject without knowing the hole truth, do me a favor and do a little research and you will fid out that the claims against this man have been done by a woman with whom he had an afair and now she is trying to mess his life up...do not believe everything you hear from the press.

I know this man and his family. This is a great father and a hard working man that made a mistake with a woman and she hated the fact that she did not get what she wanted. This woman is a complete joke.

This man is a wonderful father. His kids need him and are wondering where he is at. He is not guilty of a crime but of stupidity and for trusting a women who is sleeping with him and also the officer who is after him. How dumb is that! Marcus is currently fightig for his life in the hospital because of lies that have been fabricated against him. Lady, how could you be so evil? You yourself have kids whom you are suppose to teach better then that; these kids have even called him daddy, how could you possibly be so cruel! The world will find out your sick games and the truth will be told. If you have a soul you will stop this before things get worst. You know his children need him why are you making them pay just because you feel like it. Think as a mother and not as a revengeful women. You were both wrong for seeing eachother but with this you have crossed the line; how could you live with yourself?

Hello everyone, I know that you are expressing your comments based on what you have read in the media, how can I possibly blame you; My brother seems like the only criminal, the worst of the worst! Well he really is not! My brother is a kind, loving, helpful and trusting man (obviously, too trusting)he will help anyone that he can with whatever he can. He is an amazing father and absoluetly a great brother. What is happening to my brother is not right! This mess is due to a relationship he has had with a women for years; a relationship that was bad from the start! If you knew the situation you would know that this is not new, we have been through this mess before and it is no laughing matter. I dont want to go into details as of course this will be handled in court. Their is truly no "victim" in this case...they are both responsible for what they are doing...but this is extreme, it is horrible! It has gone to far, this lesson is plain evil! We are now talking about his life! I nor the rest of his family have been able to see him; he is critical condition and we have no clue what is happening. I am shocked on how easy it is for a man to be treated like a dog just by what is said...what happened to innocent until proven guilty? I want to thank all those who truly know my brother and the situation and that have posted comments. It is very painful to read such horrible things from others. Like I said before I understand you are going based on what you have read but how can people be so cruel to want to wish a man death. How sad is it that there are still individuals out there that are so racist. As a matter a fact for the racist person who placed the wetback comment...my brother is a US citizen and yes, thank you he is an excellent swimmer; I myself am asking myself the same question....how is it possible that my brother drowned in that lake?...there in no way! Something more must of happened. If anyone witnessed what happened in the lake please contact us. I will keep my personal feelings to myself as far as the details as the exact truth only they and the man above know it. I just want to ask everyone out there. Please pray for my brothers life. Pray that the truth comes out...regardless of what it could be. This man you are all calling a criminal is a father whom his children need. There are many men out there who have probably been in a situation like this and women, we know how we can be...look inside yourselves and before placing judgement, wait for facts. let God be the Judge and not you.

i know this girl and i agree she is plain evil , shes just mad she couldnt get her way with him she knows she has him wrapped around her finger and she used it to her benefit, all i know is that she is out for vendetta and she is no victim. Shes has been usng her kids and her sickness to hurt him . i hope she gets what she deserves

Just so you all know. I can not believe that a women can be so cruel and evil that she would press charges on someone that she was supposebly in love and who never ever harmed her.
For all of you who were so quick to pass judement.
This is what is going on. A man has an affair with an obsessive women who knows how to play a man like a puppet.. He does not leave his wife so what does she do. She dates an officer and together they set a man up and are about to cost him his life. All you people love a good story so here is one for you, an innocent man is still in the hospital fighting for his life just because he was stupid enough to be with a women who is out for a vengence! Can it possibly be that easy that a person can use the law to hurt someone and have help on the inside to do it? Is that easy to hurt a persons reputation to the point where he is considered a criminal? Is that simple to have a man loose his life because a women is not able to let go.
I never knew how obsessive people can be in a relationship, these two individuals were so obsessed with each other that no court order would keep them apart. That a women threatening a mans wife and children would not keep him away from her. That a man still gets jealous and continues to sleep with the women who is with an officer who is constantly out to get him.
How is it possible that a man could love or obsess over a women so much that he will still be with her even though she threatens to lock him up? I ask myself these questions daily.
What is it that this women Yahira has that has this man in a hospital bed fighting for his life.
What does this teach me, it teaches me that men and women around the world could be so evil that with the very love they claim to have they are willing to destroy you. It teaches me that individuals out there are still so hateful that they are willing to wish death upon someone without knowing the facts. It teaches me that there is away to play the law and it also teaches me that its all about who you know and what you know. It also teaches me that the very indivual who cries victim is not always a victim...
Women, if you read this do the right thing. You are already ill, are you that cruel that you want to take the man that you claim to love with you... How can you live with yourself?
