Those who were born here generations ago struggle as once dependable jobs vanish. Like the illegals or "undocumented laborers," they need assistance feeding their families. Like the illegals, they are moving in with family members, causing over-crowding, and potentially unsafe conditions.
Of course, the majority of these people paid taxes and social security for years.
Let's have more stories about them.

The majority of the men currently out of work, are construction hands who flooded in to this area when the building boom was going on,(when literally HUNDREDS of homes that the "developers" knew would never be sold), and then were stuck here without enough money to get out of the area when the bottom fell out! This is not the first time something like this has happened.South Florida has ALWAYS been a favored area for "developers" PONZI schemes which we find ourselves facing now. The demand for labor will NEVER be what it was before "the bottom fell out", or no where even close. The "Illegals" are actually in a somewhat better position than our own "rust-belt" construction hands.(They couldnt get the mortagages to buy WHAT THEY WERE BUILDING, and the INS will deport them free of charge when they identify them!!!)

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Cancer

You're much more in command of your emotions today, which is just as well. You can get a lot done, as your personal energy and natural empathy is high. You'll be especially effective when it comes to clearing your desk of all the paperwork, and I'm not talking about shoving it on to the floor, either. If you've been waiting for news of a pay rise or bonus, it could arrive any moment now.
