A Tulsa man previously convicted of drunk driving was charged with three counts of second-degree murder in Nowata County alleging he killed three people by recklessly driving under the influence causing a May 2009 fatality accident on U.S. 169.

This is more like it. Time we charged reckless drivers who kill w murder. With a manslaughter conviction, they're usually free in a few years. Hopefully this monster will be locked up forever.
