Are there any curent updates on this matter? If he did it - he should be castrated without ANY pain medication. Only enough meds to keep him alive to suffer forever.

Society today has to wise up and see that this problem is larger than we want to admit... It has been for centuries... Until we identify that this is an incurable illness a lot of innocent victims will suffer. There isn't enough jail time, medication or visits in mental institutions that can correct the damage they cause. We live in such times we allow this fine line between natural sex/and sexual perversion. It is a shame when the two are protected by the same laws. Lock these individuals up, learn from them what we can, to try and prevent future child endangerment. But, never should they ever get another opportunity to hurt another person. To free them is neglect. We know what they are capable of... It's proven that they can not change. This is not like drugs or alcoholism where its just another drink...
