Give it a rest. Just advertise in the paper and leave the forums to the petty bickering that all the Ocean Springs residents do.

igneous rocks which make up the majority of the crust are covered by a thin veneer of loose sediment, and the rock which is made as layers of this debris get compacted and cemented together. Sedimentary rocks are called secondary, because they are often the result of the accumulation of small pieces broken off of pre-existing rocks.

Last Friday they had a huge crowd in the parking lot. May be that good, or just the "friends and family" supporting the new opening.....

I know who you are because your idiotic banter is the same in person as it is on the computer. Second shift manager. Keep up the crap and it will have a negative effect on your business. Like I said before, advertise in the paper. I'm done posting on this thread because I know that you are trying to keep it on the top of the list. Any further posts that you may do under many other aliases will be all on your own. Grow up.

Ate there the other night....interesting! My steak was good, had the new york strip. Hey, if you over cook it, cannot blame anyone but yourself. Our waitress said the rock is a lava rock??? They heat the rock to 700 degrees they say it will hold it's heat for about 45 minutes. You get two sides with your steak. I got garlic potatoes, portion was kinda of small. Had the Humus as an appetizer...pretty good, kinda of heavy on the garlic. After all was said and done my bill was $60 including tip($8) for me and my wife. As with every restaraunt your bill will vary depending on the steak and how much alcohol you drink.

I will go back but, my steakhouse of choice is Cheryl's.$60 will buy me and my wife one heck of a steak and I can put it on the grill!

One "Star" only because they won't let me leave it blank.

08/25/2009: We went in to give this place a try. The menu they bring out is paper copies, and they pick them back up once you've ordered! What 10 cents a copy (max)?!

The prices are the first tihng that will gain your attention ... second only to Ruth's Chris, I will never complain about Cheryl's or Outback's prices again!

I ordered the Vegetarian and my wife ordered the Fillet Mignon. The Vegetarian was suppose to have Portabello mushrooms, I didn't find any. For $10 I expected more then "mixed vegetables" you would get as a side item at Applebee's. My wife's Fillet looked like a sirloin and one of our friend's sirloin looked like a Fillet, when I told the waiter and the manager this, they argued with me. The manager even brought out 2 chucnks of meat to "demonstrate" how similar they look, neither piece of meat looked like the one my wife got. I have a demonstration for you ... do you remember what my seat looked like when I was there? Now look at it ... you will never see me in there again.

It was certainly a "unique" dining experience, but the hype of the lava rocks does not compensate you for the over all cost and the lack of quality or the feeling that you got what you paid for,

15% gratuity added to our ticket (small group), The waiter was lucky it was added, because I would have left nothing as a tip, I was not satisfied one iota.

Avoid this restaurant, there are better places in Ocean Springs to spend your money.

DON'T go to this restaurant. They are over priced and have done nothing spectacular to warrant those prices. The place still looks like Salvetti's with the fricking mega-bar but now they have a tacky Tiki bar when you first walk in. There are better places to eat in Ocean Springs and along the Coast.

What a flim flam. just another gimick to get you in the door. Way over priced for the quality and the atmosphere really leaves something to be desired. Frozen vegetables and oddly cut steaks make this a place that will not be around long at all. You might want to go for the novelty of the place but if you want to save the time you haven't really missed anything good.

What did you want to do, keep it? Who wants a greasy piece of future litter on their table? Sheeze, can't make some people happy I guess.

You go to a steak house for a vegetable plate and get disappointed. What are the odds? Like going to the beach in July and complaining the snow skiing was lousy.

You just described half the restaurants in OS. Very few of them have good food and service and their all overpriced. In this case you certainly dont get what you pay for.

I was not empressed w/ this place at all. It reminded me of a cafeteria... everything is kind of thrown in there... looks like they ran out of money and tried to open too soon. Seemed "cheap" especially compaired to the prices! I'll probably give it a month or two to get it looking better... after two strikes you're out for me!
