Legislators don't expect Medicaid fix
“A lot of people don't understand that although there is a $90 million hole in Medicaid right now, that agency is OK until next spring”

It is very hard to find health-care providers who are specialists to accept Medicaid. It needs to be addressed. There are tons of people who need to see specialists but just cannot afford it AND have Medicaid... but cannot find a provider.
