wow wrote: All of you people are ridicoulous. Never the less whether he has truly done this or not, i gurantee none of you know for a fact he has or hasnt. Being put away for up to 7 years is ridicoulous. Think about his family. You know the wife is having a hard time. All you people are doing is making it worse. Dont say anything you dont know is true. He hadn't even been married for long before this happened to his family. Has anyone ever asked about them? No, I dont think so. These posts are just showing how low Brunswick County really is. I do feel very sorry for his family. Too bad he didn't think about what his family would have to go through when he was dealing drugs.

If protecting a young mans future makes me a coward then thats well and good.I would rather Dobbs gone free than a young person have this tag.

OMG, I can't believe you would say that you would rather Dobbs go free than have your "loved one" have the "tag"! That's just insane. That's the kind of mentality that keeps drug pushers and users on the street instead of in jail where they belong. If this Dobbs guy gets out and starts dealing again your "young man" might get up with him again and end up not having a future at all if he overdoses. Just because he went to rehab doesn't mean that he will stay clean. Rehab isn't a bad "tag" to have...at least he got help. If he hadn't gone to rehab and if Dobbs hadn't gone to jail the TAG he might have worn could very possibly have been a toe tag in the morgue.

Not out to save the world this person is the one that I am concerned about. This was best kept as a family matter. He has gone to school now and yes being involved in Dobbs court case would have been a trauma for him. The fact that he went to get help is already a problem to buy insurane. Yes we are glad he is gone but there are plenty of other dealers out there.

I wouldn't blame the problem of getting insurance on his rehab, but on his doing drugs in the first place.

O.K. I regret posting that someone was put in rehab and told us this man was his dealer. It was a private matter. I did this out of frustration from all the post of he did not do this. This got a bit carried away.

"OKI Local"- I think "not a client" was referring to one of my posts on another topic stating that "Three Dog Night"'s job was eavesdropping. I think she just got the poster mixed up. I assume she meant that I picked her job right. But I too agree that this "war" has gone on too long.

Have you ever heard of Tough Love? When a kid gets in trouble and you don't let him pay the consequences they will do it over and over again. Yes, I do know a lot, but I don't believe I'm self-centered.

So are agreeing with OI Local's rediculous statement that she's blaming the fact that he's having trouble getting insurance because he went into rehab and not because he was taking drugs in the first place? If you want to call me a know-it-all for seeing how stupid that statement is, then I thank you.

OK - Tim gets 7 years. What about the people that buy drugs, illegal or perscription(better known as LEGAL drugs).Oh, that's right, they are considered ok because a doctor wrote out a perscription whether it belongs to you or not. Why are these buyers not investigated and convicted? If THEY were not buying the drugs then the sellers would not have a reason to sell. This is an issue that needs to be addressed!!! There are people all over Brunswick county that buy drugs. They are not any particular type of person either. They are from your neighbor down the street, finer neighborhoods, men, women, single parents, low income and the wealthy. This will ALWAYS be an ongoing issue because it is EVERYWHERE. Take another step and try to stop the buyers.
